in the demo, artifacts were a lot more 'powerful', but also more fun. I could either try and get cooldown and casting times as low as possible, or pump my DoT and Direct-Damage Resistance. Sure, it was too powerful in some respects, but it gave OPTIONS, you already write it as "puzzle" game aspects, the problem is, with a puzzle, i need to know what will happen so i can plan ahead. Here, i have to find out by trial and error. Basically it's a puzzle that has you retry from beginning every time you place a tile wrong. Please, this is very promising, give us more options for customization of our combat style back, maybe even allow us to custom-upgrade.(so i level up my stun-spell...do i want +2 seconds stun, -25% casting time, or -25% seconds reload time?...do my normal attacks get a 5% chance to interrupt, just more damage or a 20% chance to cause DoT by wounding?)...there's SO many options you have, don't mess it up by making everything into a linear guessing game. thanks.

Fail, 3/5. The Demo was highly promising, indeed. And the working in of a "story" and retryable quests is definitely a plus. However: It is TOO much of a puzzle game and too little of an RPG. In several bosses and enemies in later stages, there is no 'choice'. You have to find out exactly, by trial and error, to use this or that series of skills in exact order and timing in order to have a chance. That is not fun for long. Give me options and ability to make my own battle tactic. Reward me with more money if i do better, but don't force me to do EXACTLY one set of moves lest i don't have a chance to win. I played Psionic to Level 7, (Lvl 6 Boss was hard enough to figure out the needed pattern) but those techno-trolls are just the final drop of water in the barrel for me. No fun like this, if i can't make any decisions on my own, but have to guess exactly what the maker wanted me to do. Guessing-game in that respect, not RPG or Strategy, which i was hoping for.

5/5 although, having a way to go back and look at what you've done would really help, maybe a merchant that can tell your past or something, but having to remember the name for the riddle sucks

Nice, a bit boring but nice. Juggernaut's Stagger skill is bugged tough, doing just nothing and ending in a forever-queue.

some of the items have wierd description: "Reduces direct damage by 5. Increases direct damage by 10." So it increases.. or not. And what ?:) *i did understand what it does*

I really like the second boss when he makes all my spells move around that was a nice touch. 5/5 Great Game!! Needs badges.

argh cant get through the forest! Annoying.. Same descriptions all the time, nothing to let you know where you actually are. Unless you use pen and paper. good game btw, 4/5

Top little game this. You should add a journal though, so you can go back and look over what you have done in past quests. I think I know the answer to the riddle quest on level 10 but can't remember the name of the guild! BTW....what the hell is with the god boss at the end of level 10???
