This is a genuine masterpiece, along with Chapter I. Totally worth spending 10 hours to complete both games. Even if you have something to do, leave it till later, unless it's urgent, and just appreciate and enjoy the dialogues, stories, plot, artwork, music, puzzles and the ability to skip them if hard. To me, this series of games makes me think a lot of positive thoughts. I know you wouldn't read it if you're annoyed by long texts, as lots of commenters below me. This is my opinion, and did I tell you that I absolutely love this game?

Game keeps getting stuck after teh dream sequence where Ugo and Scath fight, dialogue proceeds then shows loading in the bottom left then nothing cannot click forward, cannot select hint, options, bag and no tooltip highlights available

This is so unbelievably frustrating. I have tried clicking everything two times to get all the story fragments or whatever and I'm still missing one. Doesn't help that everything in game happens at the speed of molasses

I genuinely don't understand this game. I've been "playing" for fifteen minutes. It's like reading a book, but having to click before each sentence is revealed. Truly: What's fun about this? I'm not trying to be a jerk; I truly don't get it.

Thank you for this game and having a way to go over the puzzles for people who are not very good at it, including me.
Also, if you're going for a multiple ending game next, I suggest to use only decisions and not for the puzzles solved. And you might want to add a skip or a recommendation or a hint to save before making a decision to change the ending.
Speaking of saves, you might need a lot of slots for that if you're going multi ending. You might need a skip button for this, too.

The story is pretty cool and very lore-heavy, but the fact that it took me about 4 hours of just clicking to get a medium badge is kind of ridiculous. At the end I was just waiting for it to end, and then more and more dialogue and clicking kept coming up, dragging the ending way longer than I thought should've been. There should be some way to speed up the dialogue or the actions, or anything. The cutscenes take way too long for them just being action stills.

Aquinas12,thank you so much for the "spoiler" boiler puzzle would be impossible without it,so i will repass it SPOILER for the tea boiler puzzle, because I just spent an hour of my life on it: - link the left outlet of the twisty metal tubes to the screw in the upper left corner. - link the lower outlet of the twisty metal tubes to the left inlet of the tank - link the right outlet of the twisty metal tubes with the thermometer to the left hand inlet of the tea fitting in the upper right corner. - link the lower outlet of the tea fitting to the upper inlet of the metal tank, going through the middle of the tea wheel - link the right hand inlet of the metal tank to the adjacent screw, using an elbow joint

While I can appreciate the artstyle and some witty dialogue moments, I didn't really enjoy the puzzles (which I ended up giving up on mostly - some hints could have been a nice alternative to this) or the story particularly. The gameplay kind of reminded me of the investigations from Ace Attorney (i.e. the worst part of those games). I guess this type of game isn't for me, shame that there are three of these point-and-click games in this year's quest... I gave it 3/5 so don't hate me too much please :)

In the nursery. What are you supposed to do after all the nurses are gone? I can make the seed pile " look muddy". I can't use the four metal fragments to do anything. I'm truly stuck. :/

SPOILER: So I don't know if I am daft or what, but to make the alchemical puzzle right, mirror the chart, don't flip it over. So put what the chart says for [ in the bottle for ].

You need to do everything wrong, Little Willow says that she needs to do something that she wouldn't do in the nursery. Spoiler alert!
1. dig too many holes
2. put too many handfuls of dirt in the water thingy
etc.

aaaa this is so good! I didn't have a chance to play when it first came out but well, now i have nothing but time. I do have to wonder... what is it about LW (and Sniffles) that lets her use the sword, if Dew's own husband can't?
I love the storytelling mechanic, and I got legitimately giddy when i had to move the puzzle pieces around because it reminded me of A Grain Of Truth. I hope we see a similar thing to the "click on the important words people say" thing because I really liked that as well.
Similarly, matching different facts made me think of the Dead Detective series, another point and click I absolutely adore!
The nursery dream really freaked me out for a second, until I realized there were a few things I couldn't do normally (the dirty leaf was what really tipped me off)
All in all, this is an amazing game, and an even better sequel, simultanously answering and bringing up more questions. Good job, and I can't wait to see the next one!

Can someone help? did I come across a glitch? I was in the alchemist shop talking to the growl when he attacked me. Next thing I know the screen has gone black for a while only to return me to the nursery from chapter 1. The point in the game in chapter 1 when I have arrived late to work and need to help the others. I tried playing this bit but no way to move on and continuing saved game brings be back to the nursery again.

I loved the puzzles. Satisfyingly challenging.
This type of game isn't for everyone, but you've really paid attention to all the little details, and created a masterpiece.

Red Block Dream Puzzle: Highlight all the tiles that feature the child from the puzzle before and turn all red tiles into neutral tiles.

I'm stuck at the triangle dream puzzle in Dew's flashback. I have a picture that looks right but it's upside down. I'm seeing other stuff about changing colors but the pieces have always been green.

Anyone who needs help with the distillation puzzle: connect the red valves to the sides of the heater, connect the blue valve to the coil, connect the top of the heater to the red side of the coil, and connect the bottom of the coil directly into the cup. Thermometer goes between the coil and heater

Some of the most complex characters and storytelling in video games. Thanks, Rudowskis! I look forward to the next chapter. :)
