The unit balance is really poor. Gunships literally dominate everything else, even units that are supposed to be useful against them. There's almost no replay value for me.

I play nerdook's games immediately when they come out, because it is 100% sure they will get badges. Isn't that right Greg?

It´s apretty easy game, if you concentrate on gunships plus a tower as backup and some kind of groundunit to gain more dropspace. Maybe you should work more on a stronger rock-paper-scissors-system for all units?

I love it. Not often I give a 5/5 but from the word go I was having fun with it. Simple, but just enough strategy to keep it interesting. One minor nigling point, it would be nice to be able to change waypoints after setting a unit without having to undo all drops. Also, as Tredbull mentioned, it would be nice to be able to keep previous mercs in an "inventory" style system and we could pick and choose the 5 we want to use for that battle. It's great that you guys named the characters and give them semi-unique stats and the ability to upgrade them, but that's kind of lost when we need replace them every so often. 5/5

I took a look at the game description and thought it looked like a game I'd like, then I saw it was made by Nerdook and knew it would be a game I'd love. 5/5

It would be helpful if the description for each unit shows up in the tool-tips. Also, let us undo the most recent drop! Not everything during the turn! Thanks :)

You need a storage place to put units that you don't want. Otherwise you have to sacrifice your veterans just because they're the wrong type.

Good game. But why do we have to retire units to get new ones? Seems like a waist to drop a good unit to get a new, that you are to retire next turn for something else. Why not keep all and just choose the 5 to use? For me this just takes the fun out of upgrading. Otherwise a very nice game.

The beam dmg enemy more than yours, so try play turret + gunship if finds this game too hard. just like other nerdook game, i think hard badges will not be here...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i lose only 1 battle... that is when enemy has gunship, the only lvl where i think turret is useful. there are however at 1 lvl enemy has a lot of turret... but the dmg him more than dmg i taken... and i win. Also there are 1 bug where i actually reach 0 hp 1st but after 2 seconds the beam strike my opponent and i win?? haha lucky XD

What ? You guys only gave 5/5 upon seeing Nerdook ?! I gave 10/5 after just seeing his name !! (Nah just kidding . I gave a 5/5 no worries nerdook , I loved it .) Btw , don't you think 2 turns per spawn for gunships is a little bit too much ? I hired 2 gunship mercenaries and totally owned all of the crooks D: .

How is it that my level 2 medium infantry are DESTROYED by level 2 light infantry? What's the purpose of medium infantry?

i loved most nerdook games, but this one just seems a bit too similar; we want something fresh and exciting, i dont know what is it about this but i don't like it. :(

Interesting game mechanics, but I guess my problem is that I can only bring 5 guys to the fight. Enemy gunships can really tear me apart, so I can bring rocket turrets along to protect against them. But can the turrets win me the war? Can they really do anything but cancel out the gunships? When they effectively cost 20% of my resources, they're a huge investment.

I like it, but I don't understand it all, and it laggs for no apparent reason. I have a good computer and it doesn't seem too complex (as in computer power, I cant code or make games) but its fun 4.5/5 so 5/5. Speed seems to win it over anything, and the AI for units seems a little weird. They attack units when the commander is almost dead, right in front of them. BUt yeah, as said good game just well I like other nerdock games better.

Weird, I got to the end and chose to go rogue (because I assumed that meant I could play more) as opposed to retiring (quitting) and the game crashed on me.

Yes, soldiers. I want you to ignore that rocket sentry that just blew up both our tanks so you can shoot a Light unit.

I pressed the go rogue button believing that the game would continue, my army wasnt perfect yet =( there should be a endless mode after beating the game.

The best thing about Nerdook's games aren't the games themselves, but that he's always trying new things. So much variety :)

i almost feel wrong saying this but it feels like it is missing something. maybe its because i was expecting the maps and army sizes to increase through each level. not bad tho. srsly.
