hm... it seems like that if you get to close to a zombie you can't hit it with melee attacks. It’s not to annoying, but it just makes the game a bit harder.

ummm, i don't think I was supposed to beat it in like 3 minutes. I basically cleaned out an area, then moved into the next one, and lo and behold, thar she blew! So yeah...maybe you could make it less random...

The game is OK, but I really don't like the controls. If I have a weapon equipped, then I think it's safe to assume that I like that weapon and DON'T want to replace it (read: lose it forever and ever the instant I hit Up accidentally). Also, is there anything to buy besides rope ladders? What a weird economy! I'd rather have an inventory of ammo/ladders/health kits that I can save up and use when I need them, and then use cash for something more interesting (customized outfits maybe?). I also hate the instant zombie refresh -- there's no break or reward for clearing out an area. On the positive side, I really like the e-mail messages that auto-search areas for you.

Um there's a glitch were if I press the sleft or right I continue going after I realease the button. I can undo it by pressing the button in hte direction i'm going and back again but its lead to quite a few cheap deaths.

First time through, I went through almost all of the city without finding Anna and I lost. Second playthrough, I found Anna in the first area I went to, and proceeded to save 10 people to get the other medium badge. Just luck of the draw, I guess... Anyway. I'm curious, is Anna invincible? Other than that, really fun game, one that I wouldn't mind playing again. 5/5.

684 kills 100% no daughter no virus 1 criminal 9 quests 3 deaths 30 survivors 1 bugged pistol survivor following me to every location (I'm not complaining) I went back to the ferry and woot I won but I don't know what the daughter looks like lol.

Wow, okay... I feel like an idiot. If you have an NPC following you around that doesn't disappear when you change zones... THAT is your daughter. The second game I played, I guess I found her but didn't notice the text that said "You found your daughter". At least I noticed the third time I played. :) The ferry is all the way to the left of the starting zone by the way.

I would like to of seen
-more diverse weapons
-more effect on the weapons
-knockback effect when enemy gets hit
-weapon throw
-the rooms to go higher up, so your not just walking through each room
-shops and stuff to buy with the money in random rooms
-An inventory and items. keys, backback/bags, more ammo, food, more hearts to obtain
-bonus/hidden/secret items to discover
-more kinds of zombies to make it harder
Over all it just needs a bit more "platform game" elements to make it better and longer lasting, that and weapons need a bit of work. Very enjoyable game though, the tutorial really helped me get into the game

Pretty well made game, but the controls really made me not want to play and definitely is prohibitive to replaying. Having to do everything with one hand is just bad design - but that's the only problem with this game and everything else makes it light and fun.

The people who keep rating negative comments down will be the people who stop playing after a few more completions when they realize the game doesn't have a whole lot to give you.
It was awesome at first but now it's like...okay...I win again. Yay.

Lol wow! There are zombies everywhere we are about to get nuked but all they care about is money?! What a messed up apocolipse! :DDD

Areas reset without limit if you just keep entering leaving. If you find a room with a submachine gun/assault rifle, you can just keep entering and leaving to reset both weapon drops and zombies.

great idea, but too short and too hard most of the time, i'd like a multiplayer game of this, with not hours limit and more people in it, it'd be awesome

Love the game! Only thing to add, to keep people like me playing, is trophies/achievements in the game. You already have the elements! Trophy for finding the virus, eliminating all the criminals, getting all the supplies, killing a zombie with every type of weapon, etc.

Awesome game, really like the randomization, and it has really good atmosphere as well.
The only thing I think it's really missing is differing difficulty levels. After my first time beating it, it's been a cake walk. A rather fun cake walk, but a cake walk none the less.
It would also be really cool if there was an option to set the factors of randomization (number of quests, size of city, criminal rate, etc). Don't know how difficult that would be to code, but it would be cool.
All in all, great game, I really hope you decide to make a sequel!
