its decent.... only if it wouldn't have so much need for currency. I mean i wanna enjoy the game, but only at a pace of what i want, rather then the developers need to cram it down my throat.

Beat the game with dual bloon busters and solid doom core using NO special powers. Just stay on top of boss and inside his defenses. Beat him on first try. It is a serious grinder game though.

We need tens of thousands of monkeybucks, possibly hundreds of thousands, to get to fully upgrade things and try out the different weapons. But we get a couple hundred per level, and your reward for a superb performance is a measly fifty bucks? Are you TRYING to bore us?

easiest way to beat the last level is save up for the "Buy All" stage bonus instead of saving up for the >10000 upgrade on your weapons

Is it possible to reset your stats with this game? If so, how? I can't find the files on my computer to delete them. :/

So I found a definite glitch. I played for a little while, bought some research for my character, then finally bought the doom beam. Somehow, all of my research was gone, but I kept the final laser. Oddly enough, the doom burst was gone though. Overall Review: too much grinding, too much real money sought by creators, laggy at worst moments only, glitches weirdly. I give it a 2/5.

Increase the growth rate, add incentives for earning in-game achievements, and give the "story" some kind of conclusion, and you might earn yourselves some tip Kreds. Selling premium content as the only alternative to hours of grinding does unspeakable things to your reputation. Also, the sprite auto-piloting to the top corner when the mouse dips off-screen: awful. The graphics are really pretty, and the music is great, but that's about all it's got going for it...

Finish the last level and... nothing. The same completion trophy bonus as every other level, and not even a "conglaturation!"... I just hope this is because you guys are still in the process of adding more content?

I beat the game (level 20 is the last level) with left arm darts, core magic, and right arm bombs. I doubt this is the best set up, but don't waste your time on boomerangs because I couldn't get past the 16th level until I replaced them with darts.

I ran into a glitch... upon restarting the game, all the things I had bought had been made as if I never bought them at all, and trying to change equipments to anything but the first level darts will cause the previously equipped to be unbought and unequipable

The fact that you can get the silver medal on the 3rd section boss level and STILL not beat the boss is just wrong. Those black balloon balls that follow you are a great way to make the boss more difficult, but new ones spawn way too often. When I beat the boss the first time, I spent a full minute afterwards popping the balloon ball following me.

This is a good game. The only thing I was really disappointed in was the $30,000 core monkey that is Not worth it. I Would have rather spent that money on forcefield upgrades or something else...

It's everything I've come to expect from NinajaKiwi: A sequal, recycled art, grindy, and lots of "buy" buttons. I'd an ok game for this style, and I'm ok with some grindy. but when AFK grinding is the way to get your next weapon upgrade I think something is wrong. Also, it doesn't save very well and dropped much of my research overnight

I don't see why everyone's being so hard on this game; I like it, at least. I don't pay attention to the real-money upgrades, so maybe that's why.

i realy like the game it is kind of like a tower defence game but it actualy requires skill a little. and it seems like there is somthing about there is lots of grinding.

I understand the criticism of the grinding and the focus on cashing, but if you're simply inclined to get the badge, it really doesnt take long at all. Maybe a couple of hours. Keep in mind, you can use the doubling up upgrade to multiply your power. If you just want to get the badges and have done with it, it increases your abilities remarkably.

Believe me or not, my grinding process is not that excessive... the key is to stay focused, and only upgrade the spikes and the magnet. The hard badge can be acquired in 10 hours of game time this way.

Who ever buy any of the in game power ups, you're just wasting your blops. Clearing a stage with diamond only rewards a miserable 100 blops.
Bronze is 10, silver 25, gold 50, diamond 100.
Designer of game only wants people to spend money.
You'll only get less for investing on the in game power ups. Usually people use in game power ups to gain more, in this game, you'll get less.
Epic powers are kind of useless especially those with a weakness to some type of balloons. So not much point getting any or rushing to get any.
For easier play, just replay a stage where you can pop the most balloons till you can get enough upgrades to grind the next place where you can pop the most balloons again.
Use one hand fire, one hand laser & core darts & you should be able get the hard badge after a few days of grinding.
Only need to upgrade Sharp Darts, Bloontonium Darts, Focus Beams, Big Bloon Sabotage, Force Field Phasing & Blop Magnet.

After 9 days of specific grinding, got the hard badge.
For what's it's worth, grind Zone 3 Stage 5 (Deep blue sea, last stage) for most blop yield. With a good upgraded (anti force field fully upgraded) monkey run, can pop over 65K balloons yielding 4-5K blops per run.
Shitty game.
