I don't think this is as grindy as people were shouting, world 3 levels can give you around 2000 money in one run. however I do feel like the reward for the trophies are very... lacking. A hundred extra money for popping every single bloon in a level? That might or might not be downright impossible in later worlds? Maybe giving multipliers would be much better.

plasma whips are overpowered move your mouse in a sweeping motion if you arnt able to pop glassbloons i suggest using pinaples as your center

I didn't find it super grindy to get the hard badge. Just focused top line for both arms and fourth line for body, and did only the first 2 and last 4 researches. The last few levels are harder with so much shielded metal, but the core upgrades should get through enough to win.

protip for grinding out the hard badge: Once you get to the water levels, just start a level and leave your guy in the middle of the screen and do something else. When you notice the round is over, do it again. Keep doing this until you have the money to max out your weapons, then grind to the last level.

something i thought was stupid was when you wanted a diamond on a level if you get like dart power from golden balloon and there is leads you lost your chance for diamond

Thanks @Mathrinahae, pretty obvious from the get-go. By level 2 things are popping in and leaving he screen within 2.5 seconds. This is the grindiest of grinds. I've played 5 levels and upgraded two things to start. The monkeys are terribly creepy, too and I despise the moronic name "bloons". 1/5

I can confirm that even if you grind your way through to maxed upgrades and research, that you are still underpowered if you were to try to 100% all maps. And I mean that even purchasing powerups you are still weak. Save yourself, don't waste your time, and certainly don't waste your money.

every weapon u buy seems useless, you need research but you need to grind like 100k. beat the last boss n thought there were more levels, i dont have all the weapons, dont have 1 active ability, highest is like lvl 4 on 1 research thing. no satisfaction

Got hard in half of a working day. Very easy, you just have to prioritize and grind well. I made it with a serup of dart (left arm), plasma (core), bomb/rocket (right arm). Only problem I had was the 3d area final boss, very hard. Though the last one is super easy. Almost no hard grind. Fun game, thx.

The grind is real. Fun game, but after grinding for an upgrade which seemingly did nothing, it makes me reluctant to spend cash for a possible lemon. The grind also puts me off playing with different weapon styles as it could take weeks (or big bucks) to make it worthwhile trying a different weapon style.

A little while after I posted I still have the bomb that I got. But is it just for the laser whips? I don't get it tbh because I switched from the laser whip to a bomb and it said I had to buy it again.

This game is pretty good, but the only problem with me is how you have to buy a thing you already bought. Its like paying for a game every time you want to play it.

a glitch happened so I lost all my progress and restarted the red bloops but not the weapons, research and the amount of bloops I had: WIN!

Yay! Completed the hard badge...... jeez lv19 was kinda iffy with those dam shielded leads, but lv20 seems easier than lv19 dunno why lol. Imagine an impoppable badge of getting diamond on all 20 lvls with all types of gear, that be interesting, though people wouldn't really like it I reckon.

This game is at the same time far too grindy to be played actively (because who wants to replay the same level a gazillion times?) and too involved to be played idly (as in, you at least have to be there to start the level each time). It hits just the spot where it fails both as an active game and an idle game.

There's an issue with the money earned in game where you complete a round and your currency never goes up. There also appears to be a server issue where purchases fail to register. This is NOT the category of game that should have server issues!

If I was being paranoid I'd say the money gain freeze bug hasn't been eliminate just to entice people to spend kreds on the game. But only if I was being paranoid.
