Under rating threshold (show) It would be nice if the player could upgrade the size of the Special Building area allowing more buildings be activated at once. With the max being maybe 5. Those upgrades could be over a $1000 and would increase after every upgrade just so it wouldn't be too easy to get the max level for it.
