In response to monnmonn, Balloons weren't always threats. Back long ago, in a place called Balonkey Island, they both lived in peace and harmony. Then one day the evil Lord ZOMG sentenced all monkeys that inhabited the North and East part of the island (South and West going to balloons) to be his guards for life. In this, they got training in various weapons and became professionals in them, training others to be the same. The balloons were brainwashed by Dr. MOAB and then powered up with various gear to fight the monkeys in fights in their different arenas. In this, the monkeys can establish an empire among another, without the balloons knowing. Hoping one day, they are free of Lord ZOMG"S wrath.

This is a terrific game but I just want to mention to new players that when you build the temple it will destroy all the towers nearby just letting you know, .

When it gets to round 85-100 or so, after you've made your Temple (Hopefully you had at least 8 banana farms to get lots of towers and at least one of each type in it's monkey town heightened radius.) Just sell off everything but the Temple and some farms, and then only build Monkey towns and anti-moab based units. (Bomb tower, Sniper, Buccaneer, but not spikes.)

Ugh! Everytime I play this game, quit, and then go back in, it resets all my progress and my ranks and such. Please help!

I love the special mission features, but rarely play them because of the lack of a save function. No reason for that not to be in there

So yeah, my game also won't load past the monkey after the ninja kiwi intro. It happens on both Kongregate and on the Main Site. If I click anywhere a Lock comes up and says "play now on NinjaKiwi" on both sites. I was really hoping to play this, but I guess I'll have to wait :(

Temple is best when you sacrifice other towers with it. Like, 30k worth of bombs, 10k of wizards, 10k of ice, 10k of glue, 30k of anything else. Price you paid is what counts, apparently. It will eat ALL towers in its range when you convert to temple, so be careful - but it's waaay better than anything else you can make.

I'm on wave 115 and my computer lag like the hell. I do not understand how people manage to wave 180. Incomprehensible to me... :S

I tried playing this on Ninja Kiwi... o gawd so many ads. I couldnt stand it. It was much slower and harder to play. Kongregate for life.

Seems the only way you can save any sort of progress is by joining the ninjakiwi site, which begs the question, why bother uploading here if you're going to deny us even the most basic of features?

Round 98 and the zeppelins are barely managing to enter on the screen finally I got some good defenses, they don't stand a chance, the bad thing is that every round lasts almost 10 minutes, and I'm afraid that my Celeron mobile won't handle all the hardcore activity

@carlcon Maybe you should have figured out how the temple works before ruining your game, it wouldn't have been a problem

I was easing my way through Apocalypse. Not a problem. Maybe 7 or 8 Sun Gods together, not letting anything come within a few inches of the first bend.
"Hmm, lets try making one of these into a Temple".
NOPE. Bloody ruined my game, destroying 90% of my towers, and not doing anywhere near enough damage for such a big sacrifice.

I cannot play this game now. I could before, but now it stops with the monkey eating the bannana and whenever I click it shows a picture of ninjakiwi bird with deadlock. says play on ninjakiwi now. very unfortunate.

great game.. but the banana farms are annoying... is better to receive money automaticly because i lose precious seconds to colect bananas.

This just in: The balloons contain a highly explosive reagent that will blow the hell out of anything it touches. Therefore the monkeys have to pop the balloons before they reach the towns. :3

please fix this game so you save progress on Kongregate!!!!! The game saves for the session but not from one session to the next.
