Under rating threshold (show) Idiot... either bombs, upgraded boomerangs, upgraded supermonkeys, or pineapples can kill steel balloons. for good results toward end, put two bombs at the front max upgraded. target them to shoot LAST balloons. This should pop steel balloons as soon as they come out, making it easy for your monkeys or watevers to shoot them.
