Here was my strategy.. Use at least 3 Tack shooters, and Dart Monkeys. And then Get At least 2 or 3 Glaive throwers. Then if you want get 1 Missle Launcher or 2. Then just keep piling them on. LOTS OF Dart monkeys!! I never used super monkey!

Gah.. FInally got the 99 Balloon.. or Would have.. my program lagged up as I was fumbling to place road spike by exit as 1! red balloon slipped by about half way through game... but I wanted to see if it worked... and it did...

I took the 99 dead balloons badge and I enjoy this game every time more and more! It's awesome!! But, I must underline, that I haven't ever tried the super monkey storm and monkey glue. I got through hard mode using boomerang(fully upgr), super monkeys(x2), blades(x2), missile(fully upgr), road spikes(x10000) =) It's my favourite flash game.

cool game but it is really hard i survied lvl 50 and got 15 points badge but the last badge is harder than the first!!

got to level 44 as i was messing with a pen and trying to force the cap back in against my tooth i cut my gum causing me not to see the last blue balloon of the level to escape.
very pissed (had like 2500 to spend)

you guys are all wrong. buy 2 tack shooters upgrade fully. if you need more buy em but get 1 bomb tower then save up for super monkeys.

Build two monkeys upgrade full than just build cannons and stop the waves who come trough with spikes than u got hard bagedt... easy^^

best thing is to start with boomerangs and upgrade them to glaive monkeys. Then work from there with cannons that you upgrade all the way that come with also a freeze tower, i forget what they're called

@ Xrod: A super monkey should do the trick, if not, go with what darknight4 said, Super monkeys may be expensive but they are soooo worth it. I give the game 5/5 because it's really fun.
