The art of throwing pineapples is the key to win. At a certain point, 1 pineapple gets you more than 20 money, so you're actually getting money from using it. Just spam and everything gets killed but the black ones.

Getting the hard badge on the first map is not so bad, I just had a bunch of fully upgraded cannons everywhere and then by the time lvl 50 came around a fully upgraded super monkey, but after level 50.. pfft lol ; ;

I'm not so sure about that. I believe everything has it's specialty. I'm doing now the blue map with 2 ways.
On the beginning I put 2 tack-towers. Right now at level 40, I've 12 blade towers. They are very good, but when it has to face a ship, it will lose. Those blades will just hit it 1 time, and normally every blade will hit 3 or more balloons. In that case it is good. For destroying ships you need super monkies I think. But there's one bad thing... the price... The price of 1 unupgrades super monkey is just as high as 4 fully upgrades blade towers. If you check out how many balloons a super monkey can pop, or how many 4 blade towers can pop. Same counts for other things. Those glaive throwers is much more expensive.

Still the best TD game made. Design, difficulty and implementation are astounding. Wish they were all this good and not blatant ripoffs of WC3TDM.

man i remember when i was a year younger and i thought this game was awesome now it seems like its only for babies who enjoy the sight of popping baloons and stupid monkeys

I solve all maps except the 8th with the same technique: Build up three of the tack shooters at smart poistions and then build only cannons until the first MOAB has passed by. After that build the monkey beacon and fill in cannons until the end. Works pretty good for me.
