Under rating threshold (show) Ryboii, freeplay starts after level 50 (You technically win once you finish level 50). And I verified that Super Monkeys are not that good for the cost. I was able to win a lot easier by just using the money on tack shooters/cannons instead of getting Super Monkeys.
