its like cheating. i mean getting double cash is cheating, so thats why you have to pay for it, like all the other "cheats" even if all those other upgrades were free i would NOT use them, becouse some of them are kinda over powered upgrades witch ruins the gaME

Whilst I do agree that paid upgrades are annoying, not having them does not break the game. Kongregate does not force the game developer to add paid/kred content - and personally if it keeps them developing games I'm all for *optional* paid content.
Then again this is all perspective, we all have different opinions on how gaming (especially MMOs) seem to be going to a "nickel & dime" paid content model.

-1 for minor bugs; speed up button does not work as intended (it does not include pineapples or plains). -1 for no real fast forward button. -2. forcing players to pay in order to succees faster or to be the best is never a good idea.
All in all 1/5. Previous versions are better, to be honest.

Wow, paid upgrades for a flash game? Damn kongregate, either go the way of popgames and offer GOOD games for a price, or keep up your word of free games...this paid upgrades and free life bs is ridiculous.

3/5 because: -1 Because you have to hold the "speed up" button, that gets old really quickly. -1 again because the whole leveling system is just obtuse, you have to spend so much time just sitting there just fighting over and over and over again.

silent, the towers will still work sometime it just won't show that the rings of fire are shooting if there are too many bloons

Jesus people..after playing one level in this game, I feel like I have carpel tunnel from just stupidly holding down this button for an hour. My hand seriously physically hurts.
FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY! IT WILL TAKE FIVE MINUTES!
I'll check back in a month. If it's fixed, maybe I'll play it again. I'm not willing to risk my health to pop some damned balloons.

Found something cool... firt buy two of the same tower, then upgrade the first to lvl 5/4 and quickly switch to the other tower(they must be the same) and you can buy lvl 4/5 immediately!

For all you idiots giving this a 1/5 because of the money. your all f&$^ing retarded. They give you the "Option" of buying stuff. Stop thinking these guys are greedy and play the game enough to realise you win with better upgrades at higher lvls.

if u press the lvl 4 and youre not that level then the creen pops up sayin 12 kreds after that you lose your game i tried it on lvl 72

Great game, loved unlocking the higher up stuff. The lag at higher levels sucks, but oh well. It was fun, but it gets 1 star for trying to get my money.

Obviously you weren't making enough money on the first several games you made. You poor, poor starving artists! However did you find the will to go on after all this time? 1/5. you have the right to make ad money on your games, and you make tons. This game is great but on levels 90+ it gets too laggy. Hey Heylon sometimes if you just shut your computer lid the sound turns off. Just shut it again or restart and the sound should come back. Also, who cares if you have to pay to get some stuff. If you made a game without getting payed, how would you make money? The upgrades are also "Optional" so why should you buy them if you don't want to? Its still a great game without buying stuff with kreds.

May I rant? MOCHIGAMES, SCREW YOU! The stupid "pay for upgrades is stupid, anyone who would buy all of the ranks wont enjoy the game! Also, I kept dieing because of LAG! my toweers wouldn't fire, it was lagging so much, yet the ballons kept coming! Changing to 4/5

Manwithabook: I just unlocked the Monkey Storm at rank 18, and it says "...to wipe out all non-zeppelin bloons on the map!" After that unlocking, I don't think there's enough room in the little box to state that exception.

Fun game. However, the addition of the "cash shop"-like function nets the game a 1 out of 5. What were they thinking? YOU GET NOTHING. GOOD DAY SIR.
