Unlike other games, the "premium" content isn't half the game, it's just little add-ons you can get to offer different gameplay bonuses. It's not like they're sayng "Here, have a single level and 3 towers, everything else requires you to pay for it.".

okay, the deleveloper need the money (deserve it, shure). But why do I have to see everywhere "Buy this for kreds", "Buy that for kreds". "Want an easier gameplay? Buy it for kreds". The 2nd high rated game with premium content in a short period.. the end of kong?

The people here who down rate a good and new type of TD like this because of stupid upgrades you dont even need, just be quiet. I have seen alot of games like this, and nothing compares to THIS. In battalion arena, you don't see as much people complaining THERE as HERE. Just shut up. Don't down rate a game because you have to pay for it for extra maps and crap. JUST PLAY THE ONES THERE! *gasp* Long comment.

Everyone who complains about the paying option of this game is pathetic.
Its optional! If you dont want to pay, then dont! Whats the big deal man. Seriously. >.>

Its quite fun. Probably better than the previous games - more complex. The payment stuff doesn't bother me too much - after all, I don't have to buy it to enjoy the game. 5/5

First, this game has been on other sites for a while before hitting Kongregate. Second, the upgrades you can buy aren't at all the same as the ones you can get from getting upgrades from in game. It really doesn't matter, and to all those complaining that there's a way for the developers to get money through the game they probably spent a year or so on.... stfu.

PS You do know Kongregate gets money from the advertising on this site, right? Not a lot, but the point is: They are NOT hosting this site purely out of the goodness of their hearts. Bandwidth, memory space, paying the developers, etc. is expensive. I entirely agree that games should have features like paying for upgrades, ESPECIALLY if non-paying players can get the same upgrades with a bit more work.

You don't HAVE to buy stuff if you don't want to. What difference does it make?
And are you telling me that you don't want the people who make this game to have more money, and hence more time to make EVEN BETTER GAMES? This argument makes no sense to me. Don't buy anything if you don't want to.
Also, great game, really challenging, love the new towers you can get, it has a cool level editor, nice graphics, I made it to wave 31 on intermediate so I have some way to go yet...

@zer0death. How many TD games do you know that have a continue button in the middle of the wave? And the upgrades are real straightforward. If anything simpler than other TD games because there isnt a upgrade tree. Its just straightforward upgrade one at a time.

from beginning... it was free and fun then the creator says... i can get money! and upgrades wtf???? fun game but upgrade makes it stupid so 3/5
