I gave this game a fair shot, but the input lag becomes very bad with multiple zombies on the screen. So bad in fact that grenades become useless because they will deploy many seconds later.
Another problem is that i cannot select multiple sand bags or wires to upgrade them collectively. That mechanic is sorely needed in this game.

This version is full of bugs. If you want to play this do it on NinjaKiwi.com. It's actually playable and good there. Here you may get stuck after playing one map and even when it works some zombies stick to the map for ages. Full of bugs.

@CZAR... There's more to the game on NinjaKiwi (including a new map), they just don't update their games to Kong. Most NinjaKiwi games are best played on their own website, not on Kong.

So. I finally beat Mean Streets on normal+elite difficulty(didnt wanna move on until then)... spent some hard earned SAS dollars on some defense upgrades. Logged out for a while to play SAS4. What happens? I lose my progress, my upgrades, and my dollars. Funny how it remembers that I spent money, but not what I spent it on.

@All if your progress seems to have been deleted, reload the page, there is a very good chance that your progress will be loaded or at least that is what happens for me.

@Yourgrace, you need to 'buy' the locked upgrades with SAS dollars, which you get by winning levels. Grinding levels is kinda fun in this game, you can try new things to find out if you can 'do it better' than the last time. You can also buy them by spending 'Kreds'.

Wonderful game. Definitely 5/5. Though it can be clearly seen that developers push you hard to purchase sas dollars, in this case, they have all the rights to do so. There are always not enough money as well. Thanks to the Mickk's comment, I did very well with his strategy. I can confirm that it works really well, especially on the killtop map (even on the elite mode!). The 14000 grendel upgrade for sas troops is incredible (be sure they have all upgrades before that stimpack). I'm going to try mad systems one-point-oh for the snipers (since I earned enough sas dollars in those mad battles).

Update to previous tip post. The SAS MG's, make a block of 20 (4x5 or 5x4) near the exit. Upgrade from the back as mentioned. Don't bother with stimpacks. DO NOT upgrade the front guys until the back guys have been done, the front guys are a 'wall' for the guys in back and will respawn slower if they are upgraded. By the time you hit lvl 40 on normal, you *should* have at least 10 SAS with 50 cal Brownings if not more. Don't bother going above the Brownings, even if you have Grendals. Once you get to freeplay, continue to upgrade your guys until they all have Brownings. On 'Mean Streets' I got to lvl 68 before being getting eaten and had enough extra cash to put Grendals on at least 5 guys when I did. This tactic works on every level that has a single exit, not sure about 'Touchdown' or the Supermarket level.

Simple tip to clear the 'normal' stages of pretty much all levels. Only use your basic SAS guys. Every time you have enough to buy one, get one and place it. Keep doing this until they are in a row at least 4 deep. From that point, upgrade the back row until they are as high as they can go, then move to the next row. The other way is to drop a Vickers and right behind it an SAS MG. Add a second SAS MG as soon as you can and keep buying Vickers until you have the way out blocked with them. The Zombies will break them easily, but being basic units they comeback really fast and start shooting from the back. ;)

The game wont save any proggres, tons of upgrades requiere premium currency, you just cant upgrade stuff fast, there are no hotkeys to upgrade, overall is horrybly bad for being of the people that made the bloons td games 1/5.

One of the best TD games iv ever played. However I do find myself agreeing with some folks in the comments about the silliness of the SAS troops not on rooftops only the small squares (I understand your purpose in making it that way just seems off a bit considering they are SAS). Also a big issue is that there is nowhere near enough time to upgrade you barbed wire and sandbags. A good feature would be to increase the cost a bit (maybe an amount to cost ratio for realism) and have a bulk upgrade instead.

There is a bug where when I die and can't continue and I try playing the same map again, it still says I got zombified and I can't continue anymore. Booo!
