Says I need to upgrade the "house" to get more people on my team, but doesn't at all make it clear WHAT the house even is (assuming Barracks? But I can't upgrade that) let alone what upgrades it needs.

Play for the first time: died to chickens. Played again, died to chickens 1 day later. Play yet again, still dying to chickens. CURSE YOU, CHICKENS!

i hate this game, no reload button, accuracy sucks and is stupid, fair enough a rifle at close range isn't the best but 4 shots to hit a freaking sheep - bullshit, too many flaws, under developed game 2/5

Shouldn't carry over allow me to keep my upgrades as well as my money? otherwise I end up with less money as I am force to re-buy the upgrades I need to survive.

ahh so nice to see this get a daily badge. hands down one of my favorite most challenging games I ever played. Playing again makes me wonder how i got the impossible badge.

Utter crap. Useless weapons that take forever to reload and fire about 2 shots. So frustrating it's just not worth the effort.

Don't get me wrong- elona shooter is one of the best throwback games on kongregate- and I am happy it is today's badge of the day. But GREG!!! Isn't throwback Thursday TOMORROW?!? #tbt

Hum, militia + casual level 1 is far from what I call "Casual gaming". I lower my grade from 2/5 to 1/5.
The guns are too badly designed, a bullet can go hit the ground behind an enemy without touching it ! The only usable weapon is the crossbow ...

dragonlvr, I checked out the game and want to say thanks for the suggestion. At least now I know why I have to fend off a sudden animal invasion. The behaviour of animals in this game, blindly running to their death is totally unjustified here. Maybe I will play some levels of Black Sheep Acres after I get a few more levels here.

To not get "raped" on normal day 1, play a hunter or rogue, optionally have a set of achievements on casual. And yes, the game requires sturdy hand to play. Thanks for the BOTD to remind me of this.

While the gameplay and visuals are kind of fun, I'm kind of uncomfortable with killing innocent sheep and chickens. I mean, sure we might be an evil empire that ruined a perfect picnic, but that's the fault of that green squeaky midget sitting and maniacally giggling on top of the tower. May be if we just give this demonic sadistic beast to the peasants, they would stop being so desperate sending their own livestock at us just to get to the one who started it all. But if that happen it will ruin the whole point of the game, right? Ri-i-ight?
I'll still play it for the badges and gameplay, but killing defenceless sheep for no reason is just too out of sync with my moral compass. xD Just getting encouraged for klling by that maniac on the tower makes me want to switch sides and shoot her myself. Heh, I think I'm taking it way too seriously.

Excellent concept but gets WAY too hard WAY too fast and you can't get near enough money or have near enough options for items to purchase or character upgrades (though I can see that IF I could survive more than a few days and get some money I might get more options). I see I'm not the first to make these complaints, it's a shame really but I have to give it only 1 star... such potential...

i start out with the dude with a rifle and grenades.. unless you expect me to gon on a frenzy and headshot everyone or you just want me to leave the game, because it's impossible, sometimes it just misses headshots for no reason

People are complaining about "Balance Issues". Get real. This game is hard, face it and move on. If you don't have the skill to get far in this game than you don't have the right to complain.

I always wanted to get back to this game after they fixed the balance issues. It looks like they haven't fixed it, so I am stuck at two badges.

gained an item 'ragnaroc' early game, decided to keep it for when i was in trouble. I got in trouble and activated it. Huge number of enemies spawn and destroy my castle... damn
