WTF why is this game so freaking difficult!? There is absolutely no way to reload your guns in time to stop their infinite onslaught!

I really don't like how the game deletes your save each time you begin a wave. Every time I die, I am forced to start all over.

ARGH! Day 226, Duelist weakness: 1st wave was like 30 exploders.. no adrenaline to kill them yet x_x.. went from 176 hp to -86 instantly. Good thing its not hardcore..

The best skill is recognizing when you're screwed enough that its better to start over and retry. Also, you can play this game in IE8 and set the browser zoom to 150%, i find that makes it a bit easier.

Day 224: Revolver mk 29 with autofire lv3 mod... 9.9/sec fire rate.. 393 damage, and 478% adrenaline damage bonus. my cursor is a singularity of death.
and yet exploder waves still hurt like hell x_x

My guy suddenly didn't want to aim where my mouse moved, it didn't even shoot when i clicked, it did nothing! then it was game over -_-

I really like the game and dont agree with some of the comments that say its too hard, per se. But having hardcore mode delete the entire save is absurdly unfair. I understand the point of trying to make it more difficult, but there has to be a way to do so without punishing people who have devoted alot of time to this game only to make a simple mistake. I was just cruising through hardcore, doing well, when I accidentally pressed the 'back' button on my keyboard... only to have all my progress deleted. Make it so that you can only save at certain places (i.e. every 5-10 levels) or a certain amount of times in hardcore... but to delete all progress for non-gameplay related reasons serves no real purpose except to frustrate devoted players.

Actually, once you get way up there, autocrossbow can fire at a rapid rate. This combine with anti-armor and bowmaster will demolish any tank/dragon.

The most powerful, pound for pound, is the gravity gun. Auto shotgun ranks second, with Lazer pistol at third, and auto crossbow at 4th. Auto crossbow ranks lower because it is completely useless against armor, and requires the player to be shooting it to get the most out of it.

as a note, the Auto Shotgun is NOT a useless weapon, in fact, I would rate it as being the second most powerful weapon in the game. It requires a very distinct character build though, but in the later end of the game, a modded Auto Shotgun can decimate entire waves.

For any sherrif, Mk2 Auto Shotgun (with maked out dr holiday) is the easiest way to beat Ragnarok
Just put the cursor on the edge of the screen and start firing as soon as you see the first hear of a dragon, you will get almost instant rampage and kill all of them. I gaind 3 levels and i was already on level 32!

For anybody wondering about when the next patch will be released, Noanoa sent me a whisper that he is working on the patch right now and that it could be ready tomorrow (no guarantee there, though). It would be nice if someone could repost it from time to time.

Aimed shot is great for assisting at keeping some of the later weapons under control. the T6 Lazer pistol for instance needs it to perform any amount of automatic fire. Without it, you just get so much recoil (this is with level 20 accuracy and level 8 cool btw) that it sprays everywhere and completely misses.
