lol hired allies are good. you just need to pick up the right one that works with your guy. plus when you start out i would just focus on getting the easiest medals so when you start out the next time it'll be easier

day 12 is soo hard even on casual! why!!? hired allies are so useless.. im basicly the 1 getting all the kills. please make the hired allies more helpful...

if you get a thing called Ragnarok DO NOT USE IT or tons of black dragons will shoot laser out of their mouths and destroy your castle and you will get screwed.

Woooow, really hard... Nice game, but perhaps the luck-factor in the beginning (finding proper weapons / items) is a little unbalanced. But highly addicting!

just found out a nice trick: to increase bow-gun fire rate, after each shot switch to another weapon and back. it will reload instantly! sure it's a hassle, but makes it shoot much faster.

Guys if you like this game you should play the rpg this game is based off of called Elona, It's a Japaneese rougelike RPG that you will probably rage in at first but start to love every second of it. Rate up so others can view this please.

Elona Shooter, & Last Stand Union City: the only games I have been playing on Kongregate since I can remember.
Both are outstanding.

can the medals for praying or robbing be earned in hardcore? It seems like i used each of them about 20 times (close to every time from levels 20-44) but was given neither.
