Horribly difficult game. Way too much luck needed on weapons, way to long recoil from firing. Too much bad stuff for spending the AP, Money needs to be WAY easier to get then what it is. The henchmen is a rip off at the price, but needed past day 10. 2/5

U think u are well experienced. Try another weapons-no shotguns, no bowguns.
I love chain-gun with noble. It can be amazing and funny weapon when noble wield.

I've stumbled across a great strategy. Noble + longbow with autofire mod. It is a little difficult until you get used to aiming with the longbow but i'm on day 69 and i deal +200 damage per normal shot. Ragnarok lasts only a couple of seconds. If you try this upgrade your smith asap as you will need autofire mods when you upgrade your weapon.

Anyone know how long it takes for a day to end? does a timer begin at the beginning of a day, or does the timer start at the beginning of each wave, or after you kill the last enemy or what?

lol - whiners now have made this my favorite game of ALL TIME.
You can't make it far on your own. You need to have party members that compliment your own guy.
Bowguns are good but shotguns are even better. Use the reload trick (hold space for manual reload items if you don't click super fast, you'll never need to "reload" fully). This'll last until you get a decent combat shotgun and good members.
Your second member should be militia or sheriff and make sure team work is 8+ and aiming is 6+.
Take some time to play casual games to get at least 30 chickens. Chickens are they key to a good source of money.

@procproc When you reforge you lose the last mod added. It shows it when you go to reforge with the two windows before:after.

does anyone else reach a point where u cannot win a level? I'm on day 123, beat all previous levels with no problem, but cant beat this one no matter how many times i try!!!

I think reforge is bugged -- I reforged a gravity gun with leech and another mod on it, so the leech mod remained. However, I don't seem to be leeching anymore. Feels like a bug.

"AI Mode" - Go to the barracks, and select your main character. In the drop down box on the right, choose anything that is not "Hero Mode".

I got it by accident; apparently you just have to sit at the end of a battle when the fireworks are going for a bit. I don't remember how long. I had alt-tabbed out at the end of a battle and heard an achievement pop up. T'was amusing.

It seems like the definition of "perfect game" changed at some point. In-game it says that you need to start each wave with full life, and indeed that's how it was working before, but suddenly I need to do that AND end the final wave with full life. This is much, much harder to do.

Pretty good game. The difficulty on normal isn't that bad, I got to around level 70 on my first character. The problem I faced is how hard it is to find suitable weapons. I had to use the same weapons for ten to twenty levels before finding a stronger version. Also, after about level 50 most of the skills begin to max out, and it becomes boring. All that you can increase are the weapon level skills. It also suffers from the lack of creativity of enemy design(or perhaps it's because of the second round of the game/where monster types are repeated again?). I've seen better bosses in other games of this kind.

fusse u just need to learn to play this game all the randomess dont seem to random when u know what ur doing. a rpg/flash game always takes a while to learn. once u do its super easy still 5/5 for this awesome game

way way to buggy aim. way to random drops/money earnings/ party members/ loot/ for sale items and number of mobs.
u have a 1/50 chanse to make it past lvl 20, u NEED to use Bowgun and u NEED rof on that to even have a snowballs chanse in hell to make it anywhere in this game.
its ridiculously. 1/5 . kongregate give us the options to give 0/5 stars damit!

@MrPrecious neither is "better." If you build skills for bowgun (power shot, aimed shot, etc), it's better; if you build skills for rapid bowgun (accuracy), then it's better. Personally, I use bowgun with focus on Cool, Cripple Shot, Power Shot, and Bow Master.
