Excellent game, it's hard so you really need to have a strategy to choose where to spend your money and AP. I had to abandon my first save because I went down a bad upgrade path.
That's actually very rare in this kind of game, you usually just keep buy random stuff with the money you get and it really doesn't change much. Can't wait for a sequel. 5/5

@Forhekset Of course you can buy stuff for your NPC's too...part of the challenge of this game is it's randomness. You're going to need to really play this game for a bit, pick up some medals, before it gets easier...and your NPC's should be carefully chosen to boost things like money. Figure the game out quit bitching-it's hard on purpose.

Seriously. The randomness of this game needs to be toned WAY the hell down. I'm sick of going a dozen + days without being able to upgrade weapons. If I choose, "sniper" as a class stop trying to sell me pistols and miniguns. All money drops need a serious boost. There is no way to keep up with the amount you need to spend on additional team members, wall upgrades, weapon mods, team weapon upgrades, etc....

How come when you use ragnorak at the end of the level it doesnt end in the middle of the siege? Because I've had enemies on my screen when it said "You have survived another day! (+25xp)". Confusing

Hey guys let's wait on the sequel Idea let him finish all of the updates for the first one before a sequel, alsoo this a darn fun game. Although I really suck at it, props to noanoa for making it though. (It's kinda unbalanced and overly difficult though)

Tip for those having trouble: The 4 basic classes are all more effective and easier to play than the advanced classes, which I reccomend for casual only.

Someone please respond...I receive ingame medals....then save and come back (never losing) and when I come back, they are all gone. Am I doing something wrong? Whats up?

WAY too unbalanced...It just jumped right from relatively challenging, to FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE. D: In one round! That's insane. I hope, if there's a sequel, that it'll be a bit more balanced...It's not fun to play a game that's challenging with each level, only for it to jump to almost impossible in such a short timeframe. It's not fair.

The best strategy I've found for this game is to concentrate your efforts around more firepower(early on, with more party members, and later through better weapons). Although it can cost a lot to upgrade weapons, they are more effective than the passive defenses since they eliminate bad guys immediately rather than just lowering the damage they do. Money and experience become more important later on, but mostly because they limit how much you can upgrade weapons.
