This type of game is the total opposite of the types of games I enjoy on kongregate. It's way too hard and not for the right reasons. There are too many things to do, none of which are balanced. Too many classes, skills, and options in town. Also, I nearly went blind trying to get head shots. 3/5

its hard to start but by day 13 i had a good set and i use a revolver sniper and a rifle so i can switch off guns that helped alot

@BPayne56: there are ways round this: (1) repairmen repair your castle at the END of each round. 1 repairman will fix 2 points (= 2 chicken hits) in levels 1-40. (2) buy a Leech mod for youself - or a henchman with a gravity gun :-) repairs more randomly but does fix things. (3) repair hammers particularly for the last round as your repairmen dont repair at the end of the day. I've saved many a perfect game by use of a repair hammer at the close of a day.
I have 213 perfect days in my current game, so the above DOES work! All the best.

@Deathtaco1: option 1) save ragnarok till you are at ~lvl 20 get a couple of holy grails. option 2) use lots of grenades. option 3) give gravity guns to all your team and get 4 yourself. DOOM TO DRAGONS!

its a really good game but you end up hitting like spots where all your saves etc. are not going anywhere this makes it hard to progress...

its impossible to get perfect games when youre getting head shots on everything that moves, and then all of a sudden a chicken barely comes on the screen and hits your castle. every day. wowwwwwww

Quinn's Review: I'm not a big fan of Elina Shooter. Nice idea - RPG-style tactical shooter, with class choices, allies, levelling and multi-classing, but ... It's really, really not fun to play. The diff is way too high on this - I'm not the world's greatest gamer, but nor am I the shittest, so I shouldn't need mods that suck all the fun out of the game to get past day one. On top of the difficulty of the game, the random element is a real killer - once you think you've got a handle on what's going on, you may get several bombers all hitting you at the same time on day one or two. That's just bad design. It's not the worst game on Kong - some hard-core tactical shooters with RPG leanings may get a blast wanking around on Elona Shooter - but for me this game is just not fun.

Reikal: Yes. But I it just might happen you won't get it in 100 days. Or 2 times in ten days. :) And if the game is too hard, try again, with red options (see my previous comment).

PUNK4LIFE: Ragnarok is an usable item that will spawn dragons (who will attack your castle) and get you a medal. Holy grail negates all the damage done to your castle for a while. The thing you tought is prooly that at the end of the dayyou spawn the dragons (so the day will end before they kill you) and use the grail to survive till the end of the day.

Can't get past day 16 on casual mode with no mods.. Been using henchmen the past 2 rounds and even now with them I die. I have 2 allies also.

The game is not hard, it's only RANDOM! Even being the best player ever it's possible that you get several waves of suicide bombers and eventually die =D Try playing casual mode until you develop some skill/learn a few tactics

Lol it's pretty hard starting out.. I've made 3 or 4 save games and not past level 13 on any of them. Just got the ragnarok though. If I sell it now, will it drop again?

It got hard in the beginning but with sherif I pulled ahead with some EPIC upgrades and 2 team members. I d give this game a 4/5 One star lost because of harshness of money
