Is the laser pistol the best gun in the game? Huge damage, rapid fire, good-sized clip, and good against armor. Its only drawbacks are a medium-long reload time (not a big deal) and horrible accuracy (but who cares about that? You miss the guy you aim at and hit the one next to him. Just as good).

There's a gamebreaking exploit that, with patience, can get you 100+ chickens within the first 10 days, as well as any mod (level 3). By day 20 I already had 40k gold saved up and a fully modded rapid bowgun.

Would LOVE to see a "Prefer to attack RANGED mobs" option that has your troops target ranged attackers first. Would work great if you have a teammate with Impact or Sheriff. Also, the ability to give orders to the Henchman would be cool.

i bought the 4th member on Day 65. There is much more than luck, you gotta know how to spend your money and points.
Besides, Rogues help you get more money.

Awesome game, took me hours to get the impossible badge. The whole concept is perfect, the way your weapons get better, the way you get bonuses and stuff... 5/5!!

too hard? there's some luck involved. as a rouge, I got a team of 4 people(others were sheriff, noble, and ranger) by level 8. In most other cases, I couldn't even get the 5000-cost House upgrade when it ws needed.

why was auto save taken out at the start of each battle. i have a sniper and i was waiting for a sniper rifle. i always explore town so i did then the store refreshed. when i looked there was one so naturally i jumped on it. then i loss my next battle and now i dont have it. GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Kind of sucks that it gets too difficult too soon, even on "easy". It doesn`t help that I still hadn't found a better weapon than the original bow by level 20.

i love this game no doubt...but i wish you could just level up your guys how you like. i'm trying to survive on hardcore, and my hunter won't learn any new skills...no cook, and no bow master...come one we're on day 24 now, and all he knows is rifle scavenger, small gun cool and shotgun?? it would be nice to upgrade how you like

Disarm will reduce dmg done by shot enemy by %. at lvl 10 is reduce 200% dmg... So if that shot enemy att, castle will get healed or what???

@ Personnel you arent guaranteed to get the ap bonus from active, and the amount you get varies up to a max determined by your level in the skill.

The key to this game is Weapon and Skills synergy. For example, a Sheriff needs a combat shotgun or an auto shotgun. The Dr Holliday skill adds up to +5 bullets PER SHOT! That means instead of 4 shots, you get NINE. This is a huge damage boost. Also, the sheriff impact bonus is very strong. With faster shooting and reload and ANTI-ARMOR he is very strong. The BowGun is an excellent weapon too. You MUST have Bow Master for more penetration. One-Shot skill that adds 150% damage every so once in a while is huge. Maxed out, this adds 150% damage to every attack! For the sniper rifle, the 1000% damage to the last shot is crazy good, especially combined with improved crits, and a few other synergistic skills. There is a kongregate game guide that is well worth looking up.

@termntr only the last mod is removed, so in a 4 slotted weapon you can have 3 mods you want to keep and 1 bad one in the last slot that will be deleted in reforging.

wow this is pissing me off, everytime i leave the internet and go back on, my save files dissapear. so now after having pretty good characters i have nothing, anything to fix that? PLZ DO IF YOU CAN

it looks pretty good so far. I came in a sceptic and love it. There are some glitches in the game. Jut wanna let everyone know that the revolver is really inaccurate compared to most other small guns before it. You won't be able to get very many headshots with it (not that great if you're a rogue) also, if you are planning on reforging a weapon, reforge it before adding any mods, it makes them go away...

I've always thought the problem with the bowgun hitting barbarians and suicide bombers was their speed. I don't think the game is calculating position of the arrow shot and position of enemy fast enough. I've noticed that if I play with the laptop difficulty mod on, I very very rarely have this problem compared to not having laptop difficulty on.

Yeah bowgun sucks against barbarians and suicide bombers. I think the problem is their hitbox is so skinny that it's possible for the bowgun projectile to fly thru it without ever touching it.
