Ahhh - 1 more thing - after day 200th (Casual) game is getting boring - I was over 310th Day, but due to cleaning my Opera's i-net files I lost the save unfortunately... :( It would be nice to have something more after - lets say - day 120. More and longer waves of thougher and faster enemies are not the best option.
Is there any forum about Elona Shooter? I'd like to post some comments about game and its mechanics if possible. Thx in advance.

Huh - definitely the best flash game ever. Playability just roxx - thx Noa for such great game. But I have to blame U for tons of hours sacrificed on ElonaShooter's altair :)
I'm on 109th Day Hardcore with my 109lvl Rogue+Rogue+Noble+Ranger.
Partying is absolute neccesity - I have lvl11 Villa, but before day 115 or so I'll have to upgrade it at least by 2 levels OR add Anti-Armor lvl 3 Mods to my weapons - I was completely unlucky with theese - still getting Ammo/Accu/Reload mods, which are completely useless for me. I hope I'll be able to hold my post at least till day 200 :)

Chandl34: Yes, it's true. That's how this game works. Firstly the damage is calculated, after it the animation starts. It isn't the best way - but still it isn't a big problem at all.
This game is amazing! In fact, the best flasgame ever (and the most time-consumer flashgame ever too, for sure) ;-)
I'm at day 121 with Hunter lvl.97 (Casual). Still playing. Elona rocks!

u can get 4 people to help u by hiring a henchman... but he costs loads and u can't give him a weapon or assign his skills like the other 3 people... and only lasts 1 round.. then u have to hire again.

Actually , the way the damage is calculated ,is the same for all ranged units (chickens,archers,tanks, etc.) and you lose health as soon as a shot is fired - It has nothing to do with lag,

Chandl34 I noticed the same thing with the chickens but only with them. Also it only shows a hit immediately when they fire. I can kill them just as they are about to and take no damage.

why is it that enemies do damage when their attack animation starts? i've killed chickens before they could shoot eggs, and still take the hits

People that change their rating because of the difficulty are such idiots. If you suck it's not the author's fault.
Plus, those that even take the time to write about it are total losers.

Great game... though the longest i've survived is 27 days (Rogue). I love killing in 1 shot with rifles... but it seems i'll need to try something else

Seeing as there are quite a few people getting past wave 20, Sikes, then obviously the issue lies not with the game, but something you are doing (or not doing).

Changing my rating from 5/5 to 3/5, I have played this game multiple times trying to get past the waves in the 20s and always end up failing. I hire henchmen, get more people, change my buying yet I always fail. 3/5

A great yet hard game even on casual mode, i like a challeneg though. Does anyone know what the elonian medal does? it says ill be able to import weapons to elonia someday.

@as79 Try the following combos: Duelist/Rogue with Revolver, Sheriff with Shotgun, or Noble with Bowgun. They all work just as well as hunter. The only hard part of this game is the first few days. If you get a good weapon or a good mod in the first 5 days, u're set for the next 70 days or so.. then the exploder waves become an issue (but by then u would have other ways to handle that)

Finally got the imp. It took two days to do it, and in that time I've had the pleasure if seeing how wonderful this game truly is. The upgrades... The battle system... The interface and design... This is, in my opinion- The best shooter on Kongregate. It may be very hard, but damn... It's very, very good. 5/5

I initially rated this a 5, but I'm changing it to 3...this game is ridiculously hard unless you take a Hunter or use the Casual Mode

Odjoe, i think the ap bonus is totally random. I have my noble and the rogue both with ap bonus skill maxed at 10, and often i take 4 ap. It's matter of luck :-)

can you sell stuff in this game? when i dont want something i put it in the slots where you can throw stuff away but it doesnt seem to give me any money. so is there an option to sell stuff or no

i have active 10, theres a noble in my party with active 1, is there a bug that makes is skill active in some days and mine in others or am i just reallllly unlucky?

To the one who's saves got deleted.... that'll happen when you clear your browsers save files. Did you recently do a disk cleanup?

About my save's being deleted: I haven't played HC.
And it deleted everything, all my saves, all my medals. Pretty annoying. First I gave fault to Chrome, but it happend the same with IE. Now trying with FF, hoping for the best.

@omgwtf that has never happened for me :S. @mattrimx not really essential... helps a lot granted.. but its possible to do without too... The main problem is exploder waves anyway, which you would normally 1hit even without partying. (if u aren't 1hitting them... u're screwed)

Hardcore mode erases your save on every round so you can't load if you lose, not sure about the connection issues though..

Alright now I'm confused. I tried it once more, and saving manually did not take my game off of hard core mode. However now it isn't letting me connect to the chat/badge system, even though those are both working properly if I switch to a different game...

No it definitely takes my game off of hardcore whenever I manually save.
After manually saving, and starting a new wave, it no longer shows the "Save Game Deleted (Hardcore Mode)" box thing by the top of the screen.
On the main menu the highest hardcore wave reached stops increasing for any levels I complete after manually saving.
