lol i was on wave 11, and after i exhaust all the possibilities.(i was low on money and had just gotten a new job) the next time i tried the ENTIRE wave was ravens, and my shotgun was equipped with lvl 2 anti air mods XD

Ragnorak is easy to beat with the bow! Get like a mk-4 or 5 or 6, with penetration skill to like 8, and then you can shoot through all them at once. A few grenades don't hurt either, and a grail cup is usefull if you're lower level (under 20)

survive Ragnarok with these steps
1. acquire the invicibility cup (i think it is the holy grail of jule).
2. Hold the cup until you acquire the sword to activate Ragnarok.
3. equip your group with splash damage (flamethrowers, grenade launchers, gravity guns[they work best], rocket launcher) the more you get the better.
4. load your useable items with grenades (the stronger you can get the better)
5. (optional but works great for me) auto shotguns combined with a maxed "doc holiday" skill can hit the clumps of dragon hard.
6. When you are prepared to start the Ragnarok, start it at the BEGINNING of your wave.
7. pump those dragons with as much damage as you can.
8. if the dragons (even if it is one of em) attempts to charge its fire breath, activate the cup of jule.
9. You and your team now have about 30 seconds to fight those dragons.

Bowguns are really quite powerful. I like to use a noble (who also get bow master as a skill) and use a bowgun outfitted with fire-rate, auto-fire, and damage mods. It's not quite as fast as a rapid bowgun, but it hits quite hard (as a noble) and never needs reloading.

Thats because rangers are meant to be horrible to start with but good later on.. when having a ranger pretty much puts all the party members in perma rampage mode.. And yes you're supposed to shoot the chickens.

i have to give this a 3/5 because it would be great if there weren't so much luck needed to do well. All the drops, shop inventory, and even the spawn timing was too random for my tastes. The fact that the first level with a ranger gave me trouble on CASUAL because the gun is so freaking inaccurate is a major turnoff.

museum is about 45 gold per upgrade (after subtracting upkeep increase) (with all medals)
sister is 55 gold
chicken is highly random, pretty much anywhere from 5 to 20, with breeder and chicken medals

I can't even decide if this game is good or bad, too hard or too easy, but it is pretty damn fun. Kicked my arse up until recently -- dunno if it's the update or my strategy that changed it -- but right now I'm in casual mode for the last survivor badge... on day 91 now and letting the game play itself. Crazy.

I think that Last Hope could be broken.
For the 2nd time ,that I recall , I went rampage at a nearly full health (not at 19%).

Hardcore is made slightly more bearable by rampant cheating: Save your game after doing mandatory stuff (selling, eggs, etc), then refresh the stock, go searching, whatever. If it doesnt work out... Refresh your browser and spend the APs in a more conservative manner.

Very nice game! I rate 5/5......even though it ain't perfect, but because very fun and has some RPG elements. Which is why I love the game Borderlands, one of the best games out there.....but thats a story for another time. I would of liked this more if there was some kind of story and you wasnt pinned up in your castle trying to defend it.....it should of been kinda free rome and stuff - And yes i know i put the wrong kinda rome there, just too lazy to change it, even know this took longer, lol - overall very nice and fun game, just after a while too much of the same thing........ I had fun though!

@Zythum : You'll get the sword if you keep playing. It's just a rare random drop that sometimes you'll get every other level, and other times you'll never see at all.

I sold my Ragnarok since I got it at like level 10. Now I'm almost at 100 and haven't gotten it back. Any got Ragnarok twice in the same game?

@PosionFang Like PossibleCabbage said, museum 1 is about the only upgrade worth it. It increases upkeep, but gives very marginal returns. With all medals it gives 272~.
@PossibleCabbage I know little girls are pretty much only for income later on, but I've been experimenting around militia and rangers the past week trying to use little girls and no gg. They scale very well, and a cluster of them is guaranteed 1 hit kill on most enemies, even bosses if they're not blocking. It's just more interesting then watching 3-4 gravity balls on the screen killing everything once you're rampaged and have 50+ reloading.

The museum isn't very useful, I wouldn't it more than once. I have all but two medals, and I only get 200 or so gold per day.
