@thewookieplus I actually have two save files..one is a duelist at 603 at day 269, the other is a rogue at 453 at day 193. It's not a hack, all you need to do is get trainers and shoot parachute rats. There is a weird issue with the highscores though, apparently they delete often and only update when u do certain actions (like load the file/start a wave)...i loaded duelist to check stats on a weapon so the pc level got on the highscore, but i didnt start the wave so the day wasnt. Then i went back to rogue and played. hence i am at 193 days on the highscore there.

Info : I am hunter first thing you do with money dont buy anything just houses and recruit people if you cant get the 3 one get a henchman after you do this if you get any auto shotgun level it up use damange mods lvl 3 on them equip your recruits and use a rapid arbalet with leech lvl 3(hard Get this use a 2 maybe) i am at 41 and still playing:)

@thaguysp: try a noble developing rifle skill, get yourself a bowgun, stick an autofire mod on it. For your henchmen; milita and ranger with grav guns. third henchmen depends on what you like best. Rogue if you want to build up money, or another milita with grav for sheer killing power. All the best :-)

@redeemedwarrior: I'm more curious how you managed to get a PC level of over 600 on under 200 games. Or do you just hack the savefile?

ThaGuySP the trick is to start preparing WAYYY in advance. The difficulty spikes up on day 40, but days 20 to 40 are a lot easier than normal.. during that time upgrade your damage as much as u can. Also remember to shoot those parachutes for extra exp.. More levels means more skills!

Okay, how do I get past day ~40 when the whole thing resets? I've gotten there with two different nobles, small guns and shotguns, but it falls apart soon after. What should I be looking for in recruits? All I know is to have one with a gravity gun.

luke medals always carry over to other games.. in fact... most of the medal advantages won't even apply to the game you GOT the medal on, so it'd suck if they didnt carry over XD

i found a nice secret, if you gain medals in a game, then start a new game on THE SAME SAVE FILE AS THE ONE YOU GOT MEDALS ON, you still have the medals(and theyre advantages) when you start

I... uh.... cheated the game.... I paused it when a chicken threw an egg, and it when into an animation loop of the egg in mid air, and when i un-paused, it did no damage....

My # of Perfect Scores is gone again. Is this a known bug that is being worked on or do the scores just vanish and reappear without people really noticing or caring?

@Fluffy: You can't upgrade Mods, if you mean from say Level 1 to Level 3. However, if you Reforge a weapon the last mod in the list on that weapon is removed. You can therefore replace Mods on weapons this way. As the instructions on the game indicate, you can put multiple mods of the same type on a weapon and they have a cumulative effect, although the effect of the second mod will be lessened. I have 2xautofire and 2xfirerate L3 mods on my Bowgun, makes for an awesome weapon :-)

Not if your just playing for badges, but if you plan on a long-term game, then you ay want to consider it because he offers you skills you can't usually get.

Riba1122 - you havent played rogue-like games (like original Elona) arent you? Else you would be aware of a thing called "savescumming". With that trick in mind SP trainer becomes good)))
RakaWakaNaka - its not hard at all even on hardcore. You just need to know what to do and read some guides before playing. Oh and ofcourse you have to aim and enemies weak spots or else youllbe screwd fast)))

Sinael: Thats not true.
No101: Special trainer isn't very useful, because you get 1 random skill on a random ally (and you/your ally can get only the skills for their classes) for the cost of 4AP. You'd want to spend those AP in something else, like having dinner, praying, robbing etc. Later in game (like 80+), when you don't use neither of those, it might be useful.

yes headshots and torso shots count as critical hits/kills. the game is split into rounds of 40 days each. Every time a round ends, the next day you get monsters from 37 days ago, but with a lot more hp/speed/damage. Catapults are easily destroyed by using a revolver on their weak spot (just above the back wheel), using a bowgun to shoot multiple times, or using a shotgun with anti-armor mod.

SP trainer is good becouse he can teach you skills that is not for your class. Like robbery to ranger or big guns to duelist.
