basiclly when you start get a party memeber (if your a sheriff get miltia, Noble, Or Ranger) 6-8 will get 2nd one and way later 3rd

how to chickens help you??? if you buy 40 for 9000 gold and only get 400 gold per turn it would take forever to get all the money back from it, money you could spend somewhere else

I've never had a problem hitting anything with the bow gun. Day 122, lvl 118 Noble w/ Rapid Bowgun Mk 14 (DMG3, FR3 mods) makes it almost obscene how easy it is. I have to taunt two or three times before taking even a single point of damage. I haven't got a duelist a high level but I get an 85% DMG and ACC bonus from the noble's natural ability + 170% from partying + 72% more vs Air/Armor. That is a pretty high bonus. Is the duelist better than that?

Don't use bowguns on a rogue!! You're wasting his Killer and Rogue skills with a bowgun because those can't get critical hits often. and

rogues are rich. day 17 and have a lvl 17 rogue. (me) lvl 14 gard. (liitle girl) lvl 14 militia and a lvl 11 ranger last two days i got zero damage on the wall
you tell me if rogues are weak

What are you talking about.. both rogue and duelist can get extremely far... rogue because you can focus on killing skills and spend all your money on weapons/mods/defenses instead of chickens.. and duelist because he gets obscene damage bonuses, better than noble.. to the point that you never need to use AP for partying. You just need to use revolver. and a windbow for charging adrenaline on a duelist later on.

if you're looking to get the medals quickly with a file that you dont plan on expanding, take rogue or duelist. They wont get very far, but they both do very well early game. You can get teh robber, chicken and prayer medals.

I just saw a rocket launcher in the store for 1768 gp. I have a discount token that will make it cost only 768 gp. Is it worth it? I can't use it yet, and I'm on round 11.

The rapid bowgun is kinda glitch :/ when mobs are really fast theyre image just goes through the arrow and take absolutly no damage, happends with both the suicide bombers and the maceman when enraged

This is an interesting game, though it can be quite tough. One tip I haven't seen posted before: try upgrading your inventory size, and carrying a backup weapon or two to use in emergencies or for shooting the boss. Helps with reloading problems.

after day 40 things get a lot easier.. on normal/casual. Because by then u should have all the useful party skills and decent weapons. I had to restart wayyy more times from 1 to 30 than after it. The only hard thing after day 40 is really exploder waves.. and then those are random.. so if u die to one, u can reload and play and and eventually u dont get another exploder wave. It's survival on hardcore that's insane because the exploder waves really kick ass and you can't replay the day on hardcore

Good simple strategy: play with the easiest mods you can possibly manage (casual mode, intense early waves, community compilation mod, laptop difficulty, etc.) until you unlock a bunch of medals and all the classes. Then, I would suggest playing a Noble with a bowgun.

Hey, can anybody write simple strategy? My best result is day 29 hunter, day 11 rogue, other classes sucks. I havent good loot & money. But i shoot well. What's the problem?

Elben - most of the high score leaders are hacked. Look at the "most days survived" and compare that to total kills. Look at most money earned, and compare that to most days and most kills. There's no way you can top the most money earned and be nowhere on the days and kills list - unless you hacked the save format.

@EmanueleCiriachi I know, I've gotten a couple aimed shots 1-2 before since the extra damage is worth the very marginal decrease in fire rates. I just wanted to see if aimed shot 10 could be even remotely possible. I'm just in the experimental phase since I have all medals/badges already. Maybe I could survive with aimed shot 10 if I packed a ton of grenades.

Ok. Here's the deal, in case anyone else is having this problem. My dropdown in the game said "Empty Save", but when i selected the second one (which was my higher scoring game), it *did* bring me back to my character. It's actually day 466 - i hadn't really been paying close attention to what day it was.
The strange thing is that all the medals are gone - but it looks like everything else is ok.
It might have had something to do with the fact that i hadn't signed up here with a username until a few days ago. Maybe that did something?
In any case, i see it registered my game and put me on the all-time list.

I looked in the directories mentioned, and i guess i found my saves. elonas_idx.sol, elonas0.sol, and elonas1.sol. Why do i have no saves in the drop down here?

if you look at the high score list... hes not there. even if your saves are deleted, u dont get removed from all-time high score. Aka... he's just lying and exaggerating for attention.
