Seriously unbalanced still with all this randomness ... almost 12 rat and 8 crow on the last wave of the 5 day, just impossible to kill all before they reach the castle, never see that o_O

qqing: there's three AP medals, one for each of those three pre-combat boosts. Do pray+taunt first and hire henchmen starting from, say, 10. When you die, restart, start doing that again. 25 levels and pow, 6 AP.

Don't want to spoil anything, but the very last special class (Won't sa name for obvious reasons) is really really good to start out with. 40% bonus EXP after every fight. Get level 10 sherrif to unlock

After 3 hours and hundreds of reloads, I give up this stupid game. After level 40, the game restarts, but then it comes 10 times more monsters and you get overrun by chickens, rats, sheep...

too many things wrong with this game to fit into one comment, but I still can't stop playing it, fix the issues and you have a winner. my biggest problem is why at day 17 do I PAY more in taxes to potect the castle?

I agree with the complaint about the autosave. Other than that, it has a lot of depth and interest. Very decent execution of the concept.

For thosae click and holds, Click, hold for a few seconds, and release for a few, than keeps it more centered, nor firing at the whole board ;-)

the chaingun works, its just not good... have to hold fire for 3seconds before it starts shooting, and then it doesn't hit anything :P

Harder Epic Level Ragnarok Medal: Wait till the last round, trigger Ragnarok, use Bowgun+Level5 Grenades, pwn all the dragons, get like, 10 levels, then continue on to the end of the level.

For those that say the Bowgun is great, try the Rapid Bowgun. With a high level of Bowmaster of course. The Rapid Bowgun is just hold down fire, and aim. It keeps on firing, never needs to reload, goes through loads of enemies. Couple with Crippling shot 10 to basically own all levels between 20 and 80.

I have 4 saves, all with a different character at level 10, and I can't make any of the other classes.. I carried over on all of them, is that why? Or is it something else..?

There are some serious balance issues with this game. The first level as a ranger is virtually unplayable and rogue and hunter seem the only viable classes to play yourself in the long run, since they get an extra recruit. Also the Rapid Bowgun and the gravity gun are overpowered.
Oh and for the Ragnarok survivor achievement: trigger Ragnarok just a second before you finish the round. Tadaa!

The game isn't that hard. It's got a level of difficulty sure, but thats' not a bad thing. Early stages are the hardest because you're behind the curve in relation to damage / weapons etc but it's nothing major. Good shooting is more than enough to compensate. For people struggling try to get to two minions asap, one sherrif and one militia/ranger. you want two sherrifs and one militia/ranger by late game. Sherrifs + crippling shot + autoshotgun = win, Big guns are just for the mop up

omg im addicted to this game. I just cant get pass like 15 days for the life of me. Its all fine an dandy till a boss day and me and my 2 recruits cant keep up. not to mention i'll be level 13 using a modded version of the starter pistol =\

Its a great game but needs some bug fixes, Im not sure if this is a bug but I looted the Ragnarok after the first day...Also when skills are shared between different units it needs to specify if it is for that unit

Found a glitch, when using Chain Gun, whilist firing it, when you suddenly change weapons, the sound of the chain gun shooting is still there

Iam day 127 casual/with mods,Tighter crosshairLimit high level weapons,
Skip hard waves. I think you should at least get one big gun in your team for grenade launcher. And one high lvl shotgun with nice area dmg.

Oh and, give your Troops RPGs. They're good with it. Also, only weapons that Troops should have, RPGs, HMG, Machine Guns. Thats it

This game sucks. A lot of promise, but WAY too damn hard, and extremely random. If you don't get a good upgrade pretty early on, while trying to build up Eggs, etc for cash, you are screwed.

For starters, get a Shotgun with Accuracy MODs, aim for weak points, chances are, its a OHKO. After Shotguns, get Laser Pistols. Best weapon I've used so far. High damage, rapid fire, decent reload.
