also this game is totally 100/5 and if you have trouble then start as a hunter and if you get lucky you will get the lvl 3 bowgun and that helps due to all the puncturing upgrade you're bow master skill a few times try to survive to level 35 you will then have a nice amount of starting gold and probably other perks. to do this turn on no hard waves and laptop mode mods and switch to normal or harcore whatever you are doing afterword it helps to have a lot of starting gold if you survive long enough you can get bonuses of near 2k and thats just where ive gotten

by lvl. 50 it gets a little easier the process starts over but now there are super enemies that are larger than normal

lol, I completed day 30 by myself. I used a rifle (with the reloading trick) and got a headshot on almost every shot. :P

- Slightly less left to luck

- A slower difficulty progression (though still gets insanely hard for those intense players)

Oh my God and the Medal comment is HILARIOUS... "You survived Ragnarok. .....Just, unbelievable." STARTING LUCK +1 ...The reward isn't epically fancy it looks like, but BY GOD the satisfaction is UNBEATABLE HOO YEEEAH <3

for beginers play as rogue then do casual mode put on the mods that help you then just get all the skills that give gold you can get to like day 80 with this stategy and it gives medals :0

To hard?? Follow these steps!
1. Get a sheriff and press "Casual mode" then press "game MODs", there select tighter crosshairs and laptop mode.
2. Try to get auto shotgun(s).
3. Get one ranger mercenary and equip him with gravity gun.
4. Get 1 milita and equip him with gravity gun.
4. Get "Dr.holliday" to lvl 5.
5. Get 1 milita and equip him with chain gun, set him on "Air only".
6. try to get everyone to fully develop "Leadership" (including you).
7. Then make them all uppgrade reloading.
8. Fully uppgrade your skill "Cool".
9. Get one more auto shotgun for emergencys.
10. As for tower uppgrades i recomend sisters, trainers (not special), villa and repairmen.
I tried this tactic but got bored when i hit day 100, when your done with 1-10 start experimenting what you think is best, getting 20 of the henchmans/mercenarys to active 10 is recomended.

Just scored a perfect game on day 100 of hardcore mode! It took me so long just to get past level 25 in hardcore. Fun but extremely hard game if you don't get lucky a lot.

@TomasT: If you buy too much housing or upgrades then your taxes will go up. And if you don't have enough income to pay for those taxes either through chickens or your title earnings then your money will drain out. You may need to start a new game and work on setting up a solid income before you go crazy with upgrades. If this isn't the problem then I don't know how to help, but hopefully this is your problem and I helped you

I think they should make an Elona-Shooter-2 where (if you play on kongregate) you can make your own class, that would be freaking awesome and it would make me love Elona-shooter even more :D

Hunter + crossbow, Bow Master[5+], engineer[10] in team. Find a good 5-6 slot bowgun, upgrade with 1 antiarmor and all other -- autofire. Then just reforge ur gun =))) ragnarok -- lol =))) easy/

finally got the impossible! was sheriff with reg shotgun mk-10 4 slots: anti-armor3, accuracy3, damage2, leech3. Had noble with grav gun mk-6 1 slot: impact3; militia with grav gun mk-4 4 slots: leech2, impact3, damage3, damage2; and duelist with longbow mk-11 3 slots: auto fire3, fire rate3 x 2. set duelist to kill boss, others to fire at will. Duelist kinda sucked at fighting but needed him for negotiator and engineering skills! the villa is crucial, try and upgrade once every 10 levels or more if you have spare gold. Active is crucial too for more ap to forge weapons and other stuff. Some of it is luck, try and find the weapons with 4+ slots and always have a grail on you! Would have died twice without it on a suicide wave and dragon wave. Don't even try the impossible without having most of the badges, they help a lot. Good luck!
