the game is based way to much on luck, the mob waves arent even the same if you lose the wave and need to restart, they are randomized mob spawns. you can just keep restarting untill you get an easier wave.

Not sure why many people think this is hard. FIRST RUN, NO MEDALS, Day 51 with a Bowgun MK 6 4 slots, w/auto fire 3, accuracy 2 and leech 1, have leech 3, Impact 3 and Auto-fire 3. Me, a noble, 2 sheriffs, Sheriffs use shotgun/auto shotgun, one with anti-air one with impact. Auto shotgun with impact and cripple makes enemies slow very fast. Try adding casual and laptop difficulty and getting badges - you can still get most of them.

@wingbull@Dubstepcoder: Revolvers are actually very strong, especially if you abuse infinite ammo revolver and abilities that can be used on them.

@damthis: He's talking about in game badges, and many are allowed in casual/laptop difficulty. They give bonuses so that you can more easily go without casual.

haha i know it been awhile since the game developer updated this. but i was wondering if they will update this further or come out with a sequel??? i played this since it came out and restarted getting the medals every time i was on a new computer. i think this game is a ton of fun and it'd be cool to see more of this.

so why,whe you lose a round does it reset the wave itself, but not the ap? you get back all the money you spent, but not the ap...?

Auto Shotgun MK-II and Shotgun MK-III
Militia lvl 39 with laser pistol
Noble lvl 37 with Chain gun
Ranger lvl 38 with Gravity Gun
JUST HORDES OF CHICKENS, RATS, ARCHER AND DAMN SHEEP! Just too damn easy. Massive bullet spam and area effect with no need for mercenaries. Sisters on the field waiting to blow the hell up and loot is shining to be picked. Earned 26 medal instantly through luck.

Pro tip: Get a powerful revolver and hold down the space bar while you shoot. If you shoot slower than you reload, then you have an infinite ammo revolver!

Hate roaming around and getting a crappy day and losing action points? just click the icon in the lower right screen and return to title! then click continue and roam the town again. you will get a better day :D

Oh, and for all of those complaining. It's not that hard, just make sure you toggle Casual Mode when making your profiles. It does not make you any less of a man than if you complain about how hard it is.

You know you will get ahead in the game when you see in the shop a gravity gun with 4 slots and reload 3 mod already installed.

You can 'return to title page' and then load your game again to get different items in the shop when using 2 ap to refresh!!! If you play rogue with a hunting rifle you will get 1000 gold per day if you can headshot well. Combined with reloading to get good weapons you are set. You still have to get lucky on mods though.

What I was thinking is my teammates need to get these weapons to get through the early part: grenade launcher, auto shotgun (sheriff) or optimally the gravity gun. So I'm trying for sheriff/nobles... I just don't trust them randomly picking guys to shoot so want the area of effect weapons on them..
I wasn't sure about myself getting the auto shotgun since I worry about being able to kill what really needs to get killed - catapults or the suicide guys or just anything close. I'll try it next though.

Auto-shotgun, not hunting. Auto-shotgun is pretty awesome. Crossbow is nice for pierce and easy to use, but lacks the kick other weapons can have for late game.

I could only get to day 40-60. (after failing to even reach 15 many many times)
Hunter got me far (used crossbow), but I didn't get chickens or museums for late game. Plus teammate had gravity gun.
Got to 40 with Nobel and hunting shotgun, but I had problems finding decent guns for my teammates so I got creamed even though I had a lot of money.
Tried militia and sherrif, but I didn't get as far as I wanted...
I think the biggest problem is my teammates not getting decent weapons in time...

How do you get the Sheriff past the ~15 mark? I got double leech 1 and put that on my shotgun, but it is crap compared to leech on the hunter's bow. I had two guys with big guns and spent all my APs trying to get a grenade launcher or gravity gun to no avail. Holding spacebar when shooting is great - I never knew about that, but still stuck at this point.

I spend all my gold and ap on finding a 6 mod bowgun and upgrading it for 20 days, then my hunter decides to get aimed shot the very next turn. -_-
