Also the accuracy mod you can do on a new game needs to be seriously tweaked, I'll take a hit in XP no problem, as long as I can use some of the more "fun" weapons without worrying about getting slaughtered.

Ditto of that, there have been games where I got 10 perfect waves the first 10 days, others where I barely survived the first few days. The biggest issue I have is the randomness of the shots due to the accuracy of the weapon, I mean really why is there even crosshairs if the accuracy is so low you can literally have bullets fly anywhere on the screen? Makes using some of the heavy machine guns and heck even revolvers really useless.

Dafke: The game is pretty random. If you're lucky enough to get a good weapon and fight a pretty weak wave, then it won't be too hard. Sure, tactics matter when hiring a recruit, but a good lot of this game is luck.

word of advice: medals carry on to ALL games. I would go on Casual mode to get some medals for preparations for the harder modes.

Taunted enemies at lvl 50 and scored a perfect game, without ever using carry over...if you're complaining it's too hard you should really just reconsider your strategy ;)

Wish there'd be easier mode. Yea, i suck. But honestly, if you do not luck out the necessary skills, this thing gets nasty real fast.

Bowgun goes through targets without hitting them. And also doesn't increase in fire rate, regardless of and outside upgrades.

There are two major bugs. First one is that sometimes your mercenaries when equipped with the gravity gun will shoot backwards, meaning in the direction of the castle. The second one is that at higher levels your sisters go flying somewhere off the map most of the time!!

you dont need carry over. people should be intelligent, save before you start wave and if you die just go to title menu and then load.

I got a few chickens once in searching the town but people keep saying 'buy' chickens.

start rogue and use the tighter crosshair mod. get one of the auto pistols early on and wait for an alien pistol and get that. get lots of chickens for cash later on and upgrade your house. get a recruit that has anti air and rifles and give him an auto rifle and assign him to air only. the other two just have them attack ground only. its pretty easy after that.

I love the difficulty - it makes it fun. What is cool is that it is actually not that bad to start over - different class, different weapon drops, different strategies.
It does get kind of easy later on though - sometimes the high HP's on things is tough but overall it is just the same old same old.

nonara, this is an excellent game, but you made it WAAAAAAAAYYYY to hard. about 90% of the people have that complaint here, to the point where it's not fun anymore. I say you should have some way of buying AP with money (so carryover is actually useful), and also allow leveling during carryover so you can actually train your characters.

buy the suicide bomb thing in the 2nd page of the tower, then in the game they will fly out at random and you soot them and kaboom

You haven't handled very many hunting rifles have you? The norm is an internal magazine which is reloaded one round at a time. Stripper clips and detachable magazines are only the norm with military rifles.

Excellent game. The only game that made it to my favorites list after months on this site. Rich, deep, and excellent replayability. Difficult, but that's ok. (Thanks for reducing the reqs on some medals tho ;) )

This game is so frustrating...The only thing that matters is LUCK. If you get luck in the beginning with good weapons in the shops and good recruits available then great. If not then you just can't get past the levels 10-20. I made it to level 50 but I got lucky to have some good weapons and recruits available. So in order to do well in this game you must play to level 10 and if you get a raw deal just delete and start over. So you waste so much time. I have started over 5+ times and just had to delete...
I wish the game was less about luck and more about strategy and skill. Take out the random weapons in the shop and put in fixed weapons. Take out the random recruits and put in fixed choices. What is fun about getting a raw deal in the game?

holy shit.. at day 38 i just got a army of those Ragnarok dragons at same time as a boss and 2 of those flying dragons :/ and course no grail.. glad this thing got save...
