Its good to get a house right away and hire another person who can shoot large guns. thats made my second go around alot easier.

Potential to be great, just needs a little difficulty tweaking (i.e. your access to better weapons doesn't scale with level, takes a lot of luck to even get to level 2 or 3 of one type)

@Azumel: Yes, you did. There's a menu in the top-right corner (which could be made a little more obvious) that lets you change among five save slots.

Really like the game itself but just WAY too hard on 'casual'...little explination of what some things do (trophies?), not enough money to buy upgrades and there are many save locations, but can only save 1 game, so starting over resets your previous game, in case I missed something. I love the potential of the game, but it's too difficult to be enjoyable.

accidentally used ragnarok.. did NOT expect that to happen. fun game though. i hope to get better at it because i think it has a lot of potential if i don't waste my money getting mugged in town.

Fantasia, you're mistaken you don't have to start over. Press go back to title screen but instead of clicking start a new game you click continue and you can restart the day you lost on.

by the way, you only get medals if you DONT carry on when you die. thats right, you have to start again, however the medals DO carry over making you slightly stronger. its meant to be a grinding game i guess

i hate the randomness.... how am i supposed to win anything if all i ever get are crappy guns i can wield, crappy upgrade choices and events that boosts enemies :/

I think you can, have you tried quitting and loading from the last save ppl? I tried and it still gave me the option to carry over instead of continue

This would be such a great game if only it were more balanced. There are so many things about it as it is that just makes it unfun. Make it less random and make it easier to make money. With the way it is now, you need to spend a huge amount of hours to get the badges just so you have a chance of playing without carryover.
I want this game to be so much better. until then 1/5. :(

Ok I give up >.>, got to lvl 16 and now Im stuck with no grenades. Also not sure if it's a bug, but when I load after dying, my castle starts at 24hp instead of max, and wont let me repair.

Once you start losing, all you can do is grind and grind and grind away until you get a couple of new defense upgrades. There needs to be a way to purchase action points, because there is never enough.
