Difficult, but not unbearably so. Don't focus too much on getting higher level weapons, use party skills and accuracy/reload to get more shots off. Difficult to overcome the learning curve, but this was a problem in Elona as well. Not too shabby, overall. Nice to have badges, since acheivements are built-in.

Random accuracy is a terrible idea. Random skills on level up is a terrible idea (at least, for your main hero). The game balance is terrible, after wave 10 you can expect brutality in comparison, even on casual mode. The 'go searching for 1 AP' option has some terrible ideas - enemies health increased because I spent one of my precious action points?! Some useless buildings like Museum should be revamped or increased in utility. Most higher level weapons seem to offer little to no benefit over lower ones that are usable. A lot of improvement needs to be done, and then you'll have a great defense RPG/shooter.

okay... one thing i hate is the skill selection... why... i mean why would my troops learn useless skills? :[ yes i do set focused learning but still they sometimes learn some skills that aren't even helpfull to me thus wasting the lvl up point... :[ should make it selectable as for your main char..

@zenshadows: Better, it saves with a .sol file. Even if you don't have cookies allowed, it'll save. You just need to let Kongregate have enough space.

you can get better accuracy.. its a skill .... great game its difficult at a point but u can get gold as far as u get in the round u die on and it keeps stacking so its not impossible to beat it.

rly sorry, just tried casual mode, its still unbalanced like hell..no, it isnt hard, its just unbalanced. if the only way to win a lvl is to retry it 20 times until the right kinds of enemies appear it sucks...much potential, but this totally mess it up...

Man i feel this is a good game but its pretty difficult. I think the aiming is a little off somehow, it needs to allow you to be more pinpoint accurate.

i was reading the description of the villa again and noticed a typo it says "When Purchased,You will be able to hold a Party afther a Battle damage bonus the next day" isnt the afther suppose to be after?

Let me state something I noticed. If you survive to Day 50, you get the Elite badge. 20 days, you get the Survivor badge. I got to Day 38, I only have the Newcomer badge so far. Fix the badge recognitions.

Holy crap man. I thought MnB was hard, this just blew it off the chart.
Even on Casual mode, I'm encountering problems pretty early on. But this game has a lot of potential, it just needs tidying up.

Bad hit detection.
Bad attempt at "SUPA-KAWAII-DESU!" Wapanese graphics.
Bad attempt at challenge by tempering the fact that you get awesome weaponry with hit point ratings that verge on the stupid.
Also; I ran into FOUR bugs in TWENTY minutes of play. A total bomb.

It is an OK game. Frustrating, but HOW DOES A DRAGON FLY DO DAMAGE TO A FORTRESS!!!!! Do not play past level 10 unless really determined.

Those of you who dont have enough money: get some chickens, rob the museum. You can also upgrade the museum to grant income based on your medals. Just use the options given by the game for gods sake.

There is a bug, if you have the "active" skill you can't get over 5 AP anymore, I had over 4 AP before but since I got that skill even if I get 2 AP from an event it will NEVER go over 4 and active never works
