Did ragnarok at lvl 36, it's fairly easy if you're prepared. You need that chalice, that makes your castle invulnerable and good grenades. You'll still need good weapons to take out remaining dragons, but it's not too hard.

im on day 76 and still waiting for damage mods for my rapid bowgun, its hard if you dont find any since more than 20 days ...
please add an "upgrade mod" button >_<

I got stuck a few times because I couldn't get the weapon upgrades I needed which felt pretty RNG. Now I'm doing pretty well with 3 gravity guns. I tried to use ragnorak after level 40 and I got DESTROYED

I'd really like a feature to un-learn certain skills.
For example, it made me really angry when my character learned Anti Air from the Search Town thingie, blocking the last free skill spot and preventing me from getting Dr. Holliday. :/
If you must, make it kinda expensive (like the reforge is) and of course make it unable to unlearn weapon profiencies, but that'd be really great for all those situations where your "Search Town" or "Special Trainer" teach you stupid skills that you don't want. I had to restart quite a few games because the Search Town or Special Trainers ruined my plans.

Carry over mode won't get you any medals, other than the kong, hanabi (fireworks), and medal for starting the first wave. All others are unachievable. In other words, just start the wave again and hope for better waves. I'm on day 45, and seem to be stuck. I can't get any leech mods >.<

@Neriza: Shena is a unique NPC in Elona with a bit of a reputation among players - and Lulwy is a Goddess.
Jure is a Goddess also (Not to be confused with Juere which is a race) As well as Mani of Machine being a God. --- Also Meoowwwwww! Is a reference to the Goddess Ehekatl in Elona ^.^

Rapid Bowgun was nerfed, but if you already had one then it retains the original stats. It's a tough call to make, but if you think you can make a new bowgun a LOT better then up it, else keep it as it is, unnerfed.

for people who don't like the "Carry Over" option in Normal/Casual Mode... Don't use it.. all you do is keep the small useless amount of money from the lost encounter... just go back to main menu and continue on the previous day.

This game is not all that hard, just keep aiming at there heads. If it is still too hard make a new game pick rogue and play on casual with all the easy game MODs [ preferrably the ones that slow the enemy or weaken ] try to not hire a guy and wait till you get a house...just keep selling everything besides your own weapon you should then have enough money for a house the next day

@Gundude: Just what it said, you will be able to import weapon's from Elona Shooter to Elona.

Weapon's are supposed to be random? Elona itself has a weapon generation system and Elona Shooter is based off of that.

x.x ... stuck on day 37... @Zaarkasin totally agreed... this game pwns, but at some point you'll just get stuck coz either you dont hav good enough weapons, or your party's AI fails, or both... i cant finish this game w/o "carry-over" mode... still, love the game :D 5/5, and rofl @ragnarok XD

Ambitious but unbalanced - you can spent an hour playing a game that ends up at a dead end simply because you never get the weapons you need. And the unbalanced rushes and SH!TTY party AI (totally worthless) will have you retrying stages 30 times. I don't think I've ever played a game more simultaneously fun and futile. I love how the f-ing thing saves everything I do so you f-k up one purchase or AP pt and you're screwed.

upgrade upgrades from lvl 1 to lvl 6... jisuss.. game should warn when you try to start a wave with no usable firing weapon (apart from grenades)

Cammillelambert, when you reforge things, it does mean its a LEVEL 2 wep, its a mark 2 wep. If u have shotguns lvl 2 u DEFINATELY cant use a mk2 weapon. Check the weapons stats BEFORE buying/reforging/

sh#t, it says "you can use shotguns level 2" so I upgaded my shotgun, result -> the game let me play nex game, could NOT use the shotgun, died and did not knew the game didnt autosave.. couldnt shoot a single shot..

And maybe add a vault or something to store items. If you're going to be forced to find weapons that are far too strong for you to use in hardcore, it shouldn't force you to sacrifice gold to hold on to them until the point you can use em.

1) Add 2 slot shops to start. Maybe make these 2 slots always have grenades and hammers.
2) Increas castle health start to 50, or even better, 100. Increase damage of SOME things, very slightly.
3) Increase the effectiveness of those things that decrease damage by a certain percentage.
All three of these things may make this a little more tolerable. As it is, I'm getting really sick of the RNG always denying me the guns everyone else describes getting, and would rather have a chance to survive until they actually come up.

omg i love this game now, one i got the laser pistol everything just drops dead! there's hope in this game as long as you get the good guns before it gets too hard

Skydaemon, that's my concern, the last mod I added was my Autofire 3, which is by far my best mod at the moment. I wish there was a more consistent and controlled way to remove weaker, earlier-added mods

inazumaraijin - if you spend the 4 ap to upgrade a gun, it will remove the last mod added when it does it, then you can replace it with whatever.

knox1138, chosen one badge is 150 days. The hardcore version is 80 days.
Managed to achieve all hardcore items with a group consisting of 3 bowguns + 1 gravity gun ("rampaging ball of victory"). The second hardcore museum item will start you with a free gravity gun, and you need to make it 40 days to get that.

One concern - I wish there was some way of removing mods with some form of consistency. I have a rapid bowgun with a lvl 2 fire rate and damage and a lvl 3 autofire (autofire doesn't work, but it fires a LOT faster now too), and I wish there was some way I could remove the damage 2 so I could put in my new damage 3...
