never use drones. the worst thing to use is drones. you can easily you scouts and bombers in their place (plus you already have those by defualt so no spending money) , I love the awlon scouts because I can spam a wave of sheilded and fully upgraded scouts and easily destroy a cruiser XD although humans emp remains a problem always

awlon laser frigates make great mine sweepers =P just scan the area, send 1 in the second to top and second to bottom lanes, and they'll destroy all the mines if they're fully upgraded

mass human crusiers w/ emp can be pwned by xeyed; just get level 3 convert and level 3 skill recharge and let the fun begin :)

mass ions of any race will destroy anything: humans push away enemies, awlon have shields to regnerate them, and xeyed can spam them with thier higher production
the only possible counter to an ion mass is a scout mass before ions can build up and kill everything

how to win: spam ion frigates. They outrange everything, and with their slowing upgrade, they kill everything before it gets in range

note: fully upgraded laser frigates are useful when you can see the mines, have them one lane away from the top and bottom lanes, scan then send em out and watch them clear out the other lanes of mines

@spearka the nuke doesnt work on awlon cruisers (sometimes) i found out that if a cruiser class unit takes at least 10% damage, it dies to the nuke

i just found out that if you use certain kinds of ships on the same lane, you can dish out a lot of damage without getting much damage to your own ships. later on, after another scan for enemy mines, you should send a whole squad of drones to the same lane where you send out your combination. the best combo would be 2 Ion F., a few Missile F., and a Special. Then bam! you got a near indestructible fleet!

The epilogues of each race ending was well made.Its like the game will really have a sequel. it is so obvious the game will have a sequel after you finished the races.

heres a tip whenever playing agenst the awlon never let 3 cruisers be out on the battlefield cuse they can warp to your base and then your done for unless your the xeyed in wich case use the convert and if theres a power thing that eats the bad guys use that or else your done for

quite sad that one of the first things i realised about this game was the out of proportion distances between earth and jupiter, and jupiter and alpha centauri

Great gfx, great game.
Only downside is that you don't really need (or want) variety. Spam scouts & bombers until you can get Cruisers, then reset & upgrade then spam cruisers = round over in under 2 min each time.

Protip for first levels: Empty all your production points on scouts, and slowly send drones all in one lane to easily destroy the mothership.
