c4 explodes if it gets in contact with a electrified metal or Tcouple, an xpand i cool! but the virus should get a hole lot weaker than it is now it still destroys litteraly anything except for block.

He said C4 only explodes in contact with an electrified metal only a while ago. He also said that expand is related to multi as it constantly creates anything to do with electrified metal. Experiment a little and you`ll find out which materials are effected.
