I was orphaned at the age of 7, my parents died in a mass shooting at a Chuck E. Cheese´s in Ramallah, Palestine during a vacation.
I lived with my grandmother in Kentucky for another 4 years before she also died, but this time at the hands of a forgotten landmine out in a field behind our house.
I had to be taken away and cared for at an orphanage in Orlando, Florida. One day I got tired of the same-old-same-old, so I ran away. I don know how far I ran, but I least got to somewhere in Nebraska. The orphanage sent the police to look for me, but I was smart. I covered my tracks and just kept moving.
I was 11 years old at the time, and it´s been like that ever since. I steal only what I need from stores in my area. I really hope the Police track me down after all these years. I live my life in fear and desperation. Please, don´t end up like me, kiddos. 74 years old and runing from the police. Respect your elders, and always do the right thing.

Glitch: When the Gentleman hits a low ceiling or wall with his top hat after collecting a battery his top hat goes through the wall and any cracked tiles will not break
Yeah, the Gentleman's hitbox doesn't include his hat. If you want to hit the ceiling, remember that you get a midair jump right after collecting a battery.

This game is addictively fun, but gaining batteries is just too much of a grind. In fact, the only thing keeping me from rating this 5 stars is that to get the other characters, you need to play infinite mode some 700 times.

The music and almost instant respawn (meat-boy-style) create a very up beat experience. I was wondering - how did you balance levels to create a steady upwards curve of difficulty?
I used to look at the statistics, to see which levels were causing the most falls. Nowadays I playtest the levels myself, and guess which ones are easiest/hardest. The hardest part is pretending to be at an average skill level, as if I hadn't spent multiple years playing this game.
