BTW irox1: as soon as you unlock ALL the vet bonuses for each item, it starts to circle back around, so you can replace your 7/12 with a higher bonus once you are vet 10 or 11. :)

Tips: Make sure your vip bonus is 12/12 for first level before retire
Bonuses: Your gloves will gain 12% stats, You will gain higher exp on each monster you kill, you have a chance to find a chest which is free gold and lots of gems, have a super small chance (like .0001%) to find lost gear SUPER LEGENDARY =p

Bigpapa: the game has been changed and there are now no veteran items. Instead, when a character retires, they get a veteran bonus to one item slot. Mousing over an item equipped in a slot with a veteran bonus shows the bonus on the item stats.

If you want an heirloom item in the game, you can add a slot for an actual heirloom item rather than using normal slots. This item would get stronger based off of Vet level and could do different things for each class (Hopefully making priest and warrior worth playing)

@uwea Under retirement page youll see a level like 8/21... you want to get that to 21/21 (For best benefits) before you retire, level 100 is just the minimum

Wait, what the heck is a "Xor"? It killed me out of nowhere when I was barely being scratched by anything. That seems kind of wrong from a balance point of view.
I'm very sorry about this. I understand how awesome those items were, but from a balancing point of view I had to remove them for the time being. I'm working hard to find a good way to put them back into the game.

I complained a lot before, so let me say that the mouseover info showing vet bonus is a lot easier to understand than the old mysterious way it was. Thanks for doing that. Now I have to do some math, but at least the numbers are right in front of me. ;-)

Some sort of red/blue "select and de-select" which types of items should be auto-sold / auto-enchanted would be awesome :) It gets a bit hard to see exactly which ones are picked - and it would be quite aweful to "accidentally" auto-sell a legendary 1.10 weapon :P

To max your bonus, increase any of the numbers on the left side of the veteran page. The simplest one to increase is "level bonus"; to increase that, equip higher level items.

So I found my first lost item today... Was a grayed out red so I kind of thought it was a low lvl legendary item for whatever reason... Stupid beers :(

The "you have found some treasure" popup seems to have been designed to cover up all the most vital info on the screen. Maybe it could have a way of being closed, or something...?

@xHORIZON The numbers are a multiplier, you get them based on how strong you were when you retired that is the new vet bonus
