I don't think you can, unless, perhaps, you really focus on air, after fully upgrading a bash tower for ground creeps, and just juggle them back and forth around this, andlessly. However, you only have to score 12.000, which means you have to get well out in the eighties, at least, to get the impossible badge. Beating all 100 is even impossiblier than impossible! Don't even try!

Immaculate Desk
Dude! You just completed the Immaculate Desk achievement in Desktop Tower Defense 1.5 and won the Immaculate Desk badge and 60 points! You have to make 2 long paths and when their gonna exit, then you block it and open the other one. Pretty hard with air plus it takes a while.

it doesn't make any sense the pellet tower cost half as much as the squrit tower (when upgraded fully) but does doule the damage, and has crazy range
