You have to hit dark creeps with something high-damaging, like a squirt tower upgraded once....
I don't know the exact amount of damage you need to inflict on them, but once you get them started, weaker towers can kill them.

mannn is it even possible to do challenge level 100 without juggling? cuz squirt towers only do about 320 dmg or something like that without buffs, and with buffs its like 800 *double buff. each creep has like 15k hp < god thats quite crazy

Very Nice Game! Love How Open It Is, Because You Can Make Your Own Maze, Unlike Many Tower Defense Games. It's Also Kind Of Cute, The Little Guys Swarming Your Desktop With Thier Sqeaky Voices. Although There Can Be Some Adjustments; Turn Sound Off And A Definition For The Creeps. I Had No Idea How To Defeat Dark Creeps. Now I Do, But There's Still Probably A Handful Of People Who Don't. Wonderful Game, Favorited, 4/5 Stars.

I love this game. Well done, charming even. I like the more "open" approach the game takes to map layouts - no predetermined routes, you have to make your own maze. 5/5

If you could block..thered be no game...unless of course they could destroy towers so they could get through, then there would kind of be areason to block.
