I hate it when game developers are to lazy to freaking put the instructions in the instructions sections, god forbid someone forget how to play and their trying to continue an old game but don't remember the controls.

Amazing game. It was like i was feeling everything they felt! i was mad when that one guy was being a jerk and then when mardek and whats his face wanted to go get that girl! it was a story in itself and it was amazing.

i was fighting a blood clot.... Mardek had silver sword, does 22 damage.... Mardek was light-type, stronger than the dark-type blood clot.... my attack said it was a critical hit.... i did 2 damage. wtf?!?!?!

I finally got the four tribolite keys. And those ones who say Mardek isnt powerful he can reach a 500 damage attack with the normal one so he is the most powerful of the team. Oh and great game, very good concept, a great gameplay and very funny chat and lulz i give it a 5/5.

The story line is fantastic, even better than some books, but the game play itself gets pretty annoying after a while.
Every battle is the almost same xxxzxzx..., you can't walk around without being attacked, switching skills or exchanging things in the inventory is too complicated (you should list skills on the property page), the ai is incredible stupid (Moric revives everyone without noticing they are immune to zombification),...

splatter96, it is the zombies in the second town that drop the key now, the city that has a cave in the back/top of it. you have to finish the catacombs first of course... and you won't get 3 till you go through the catacombs for second time anyways...

I have been killing zombies for 3 days - I earned enough exp just by killing zombies to bring Deugan from level 12 to level 14 - and I still have no Trilobite key from them!! Great game, though. I have keys 1 and 4, and I don't want to go into the Catacombs until I get the key from the zombies. I'll keep whacking away at zombies until one of them drops it, I guess.

second time playing (after years now :))
good gameplay+nice story+ more or less deep characters +funny dialogues+intertextuality=great game.
What I like most about the gameplay is that you make it quite easy to optimise your characters and fighting: all infos about the enemies, even during the fight; item storage; item infos are easily avaible and comparable.
defenitely worth the time.

hey i got a Q for pseudolonewolf, first off i love this series and am soooooo amazed by chapter 3 which ive been waiting for since i beat chapter2 in 2008, im playing thru the series again so i can use the saves thru each chapter but im curious, i was able to move my items to this chapter but my character had a different Lvl when i started this chapter, is there a standard lvl that each chapter starts? because if so i wont spend as much time lvling up in this chapter like i did in 1

I sort of don't understand the good/evil factions though... For example, what does "neutral good/evil" mean? What about "chaotic good?" And what does "lawful good" mean? Please answer. :D

random lag is cause by the flashy moving ads that run across the page. to avoid it in a pc intensive game like mardek, merely scroll down until the advertisment is off the screen.

Absolutely amazing game, one tiny thing I found. When you talk to Emela in the Trilobyte cave by pressing P, the dialog spells "practicing" with an s instead of a c, now that I think about it Pseudowolf probably won't even see this. xD Oh well it's still the best Flash series I've ever played so I don't care =] 5/5 and can't wait for the next one.

I really love this game and series so I'm coming back to play the revamped version of chapter 1 and 2, however unlike last time i played through it, there is lots of lag, about every 10 seconds it lags a little bit. normally this wouldn't be that large of an annoyance but with the reactions... So could someone please help me on how to fix this problem?

SPOILER: Deugan died in such a tremendously retarded way. I mean, really? It took me like two minutes to kill that thing the first time. I had nine minutes left before the ship blew up. I could have fought four of those things and still made it out with time to spare. Hell, I could probably take out five if I absolutely had to. That'd be cutting it a little close though.

While the last method had worked nicely, if you are a perfectionist like me and dont want to have a single KO there is another way. Equip to everyone 2 agility +2 rings, and also the bandit leather and the +1 agility passive on Mardek since he has so low agility. Make sure everyone has at least 2 phoenix downs. With your beefed up agility everyone should be able to act before Morric. Have everyone throw a phoenix down on him. On his turn Moric will first summon the dromas, and then attack hopefully not killing you (he rarely killed anyone on his first attack, although having the evasion +20% for all my chars must have contributed). When he is done, have everyone throw a phoenix down on him for a second time and if you are lucky he should die and you will only have the dromas to deal with. If not reset and try again. While it has a lower chance of working than the method before, it is the easiest to do setup if you dont want to have a single recorded KO.

And a strategy for Morric. Morric had gone down relatively easy with Vehrn doing smites (make sure Vehrn has all the abilities equipped that let him deal extra damage to undead), Emela lighting bolts (since you cant dispel the magic shield Emela is not very useful in this battle and I had mainly used her to clear all but one droma), Deugan first barrier break and then power strikes and Mardek healing mainly. Now the trick is to not revive anyone because if you don't then he will waste a turn to zombify them. Then all you have to do is throw a holy water at the zombified member, or remove taint, and you will have a full health member back alive. After a while of pounding he should fall.
