There are "Secret" passages in many of the dungeons in the MARDEK series, but they all show up on the mini-map in your game menu (just hit enter and go to map to find the passages).

I love when everyone is talking about how they dont want to kill anyone then mardek says: Id only kill someone if he killed me first. LOL The dialogue is hilarious.

Sort of agree with Icantlose. Its more like you have trouble drawing younger aged people. When (please not if) Mardek 4 comes out you may want to think about making a few base sprite faces for kids and working from those.

this is the best game on kongregate no the whole internet it makes you get the feel of olden day graphics along with modern graphics in battle or when they are talking it contains a bit of every good thing in a rpg and none of the bad things like not enough item space too easy or 2 had only thing i would add would be a difficulty (the current would be medium or easy

@bobthegiant there is no option in the menu, you have to aproach a save crystal, you know, those blue crystals floating around everywhere, that heal you and ask you if you want to save.

after you beat the zombified shaman you should be loaded with gold so make sure to buy equiptment and potions.

For the people who have trouble defeating bosses or finding trouble in dungeons,read the 25 of HELP which appears in the Menu.See how different elements deal different damage on one another.You could also train alot to gain the upper hand.

This game is awesome!Even though it has a few minor gliches,it is beast!I finished this one and half way done with Mardek 3!This is a fine series!

The two gurds at the Guardpost are called Mercutio and Tybalt. They're characters off 'Romeo and Juliet.'
P.S. If Mercutio were to be any element, he would be air, not fire.

Make m. shield only effect negative magic/ magic cast from outside the shield. Mardek should be able to heal himself just fine when magic shielded!

What gets me about this is the potions. They throw them in the air, and it lands on their heads, breaking, (blue glow, glass bits and sparkles) which should result in -100, rather than +100.

if anyone wants to know what you get from the side quest in chapter 1,its the cog necklace,so go to gonzor in chapter 1 after dragon fight,wait for the shooting star thing to happen,then talk to the guy makeing a robot,take the quest and get 5 rat pipes,+ this if it helps
