well this game is great, I love to play slowly. Zach and Vehrn can be great too, against Moric. If Cresendo Slash is air element , he would be the best against Moric. My personal strategy is let Mardek kill every boss he could.

OK super easy way to defeat Moric. All you need are two of the items that prevent zombification. Give them to your strongest 2 characters. Moric will try to zombify anyone that he kills. With the item in hand, he will bring you back to life! this will prevent everyone from dying at the same time, and will continue in a loop. works every time, i was super underleveled, and still beat Moric.

Is it a bad sign that I refused to finish the game before all of my characters had mastered all skills they can learn?

Sheesh, Can someone maybe explain why some skills are unusable after some time? Is it because I give them a new sword or something?

I wish I could rate this 5 stars more than once :D Best game on Kongregate. Awesome storyline, great dialogue, sick skills/reactions, nice weapons, and the graphics don't suck.
Dat soundtrack. . .so boss. . .

you have to have your skills set to on in order for the bar to be of any use. the more damage skills add the more you will do. and its hit or miss you get it in the right spot or not at all.

I understand the bar thing at the bottom but when I click to stop it and it lands in the yellow I still hit low attacks. Any tips on where to stop it for better attacks?

How'd I know Zach was a throwback to Shadow from FF6? This game is a gold mine of SNES one-liners. XD Really great game man. Good job on the entire series.

Wow, the superboss for Chapter 2 is easier than any of the bosses in chapter 3, needless to say the superbosses in chapter 3 are epicly hard.

@orbisxaxis To find the Key in the hidden chest, go through the grotto and continuously look at your map. You should see a yellow dot/square inside the green marsh south of where you fought the 4 adventurers. Click X while looking at that part of the grotto, and you should find it. Hope it helps.

One of the few games I've played where the top comments are all good. I must say, Pseudalonewolf must be a genius to be able to make such a complicated plotline, while making the player guess what will happen next, oftentimes surprising people who have extremely good logic.

A concoction made from bleach, vinegar, urine, and a pinch of born sugar. Its aroma alone can melt steal, but fortunately, for you, all it does in this game is restore 100HP.

by far the best flash game i have ever played by far. it used to be 'the fancy pants adventures world 2' but now i realise that that game is (at least compared to this game) amateur. i'm not saying that i could do better because i have no idea how to program. as a matter of fact i'm making a lets play (LP) of this game. my user name on youtube is klimtkiller. look it up :)

I've been playing games like this forever. This is really one of the best. I would even love to see this game made into a platform for the Nintendo DS or other systems.

My computer occasionally locking up my buttons is the only thing that prevents this from being one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I have had of ever. Great story, good battle system, extremely humorous (I loved knocking the living daylights out of the Warriors of Light) ... all around, great. Better than a lot of RPGs people pay for!

In fact, ALL the guards are from Shakespeare: Tybalt and Mercutio, from Romeo and Juliet; Marcellus and Bernardo, Hamlet; Jacques, As You Like It (and there is also a Jaques in the same play)

damm it i erased my internet temp files and all that and with it went my mardek saves . . .. crap well i guess i have to start over :s i think this should be made into a downloadable series with one game with all of them combined i think it would be fantastic. i would even pay a little amount to get it and it would eliminate the little flaw with dam internet flash game save data witch i always forget

"Those zombies are really annoying! They're preventing me from punching trees in the night! Now people won't be able to get up in the morning, see the trees, and wonder who punched them! So this is really inconveniencing us all! I should report it to the mayor! If only Canonia HAD one!"
That is too damn funny! XD

Hint hint. If there is a little colored square on your map and you can't find out what it is... Its probably a hidden item. :)

If you want to make fighting Moric the second time easy make sure ALL of your people have immunity to zombify. When he tries to zombify one of your people, instead he will just bring them back for you fully healed.

Gensou, were you disconnected from that Kongregate chat sidebar thing? Usually happens when you have another Kongregate game open. I think this just happened to me, as well, since I didn't get the achievement for killing the Zombie Dragon. Fortunately, you can take a screenshot for proof and send it in to get credit. The link for it appears on the Alert tab in the sidebar when you get disconnected.

This got so much easier when I figured out some spells can attack multiple targets. Also, using heal damages anything of dark allignment

Did anyone else try to casually start a conversation with the zombies in the Save Goznor quest before realising it wasn't going to work?!

Woops, forget my other post. It seems that it doesn't matter how many creatures you kill in a single battle. I think the drop rate applies as only an individual event. So when I killed 40 Fallen Soldiers, it was the same as just killing 1 since it was in the same battle.
