by the way, the geojacket rocks against the last few bosses!! it's a must to complete the game!
(find it in the last floor of tainted grotto where you kill the shaman, just press x next to that skeleton)

Dude! You just completed the only RPG without working save function achievement in Mardek 2 and won the Be Happy Final Fantasy never had those issues Badge and 30 points!

I had a great time playing this game all the way to the end when it FROZE FIREFOX AND KILLED MY SAVED GAME!!! For that horrible bug that i give this 1 star.

not exactly, I have got yes my stuff, but not my powerful armor or my weapon, only health bottle + poison cure + amulet of sleep, but lost all other (armor from when they were dreaming combating the dragon), and I have took them off from them and put in the inventory!!!

1.Make a new game on Mardek Ch 1. 2.Beat up the dragon and finish the fantasy adventure (for all not mardek players,Mardek and his friend deugan slay a dragon in thier imagination) 3.Go home (I'm not 100% sure if it's neccesarry but do it anyway) 4.Die in a battle (better soothwood than the severs because of some way blocking guy who runs on 1 space without moving) 5.Don't load your game!!!!Start a new one and you will respawn there were you died.You will maybe look like small boys so just go to the inventory and you will see your new stuff.Go back and you like in their imagination.) 6.Go home (Here I am sure you have to do it) 7.Then go to the ''star'' 8.Beat mugbert like the f&$k that he is 9.then take away ALL the stuff from mardek and deugan off and give it to mardek's inventory (don't let either mardek or deugan Wear anything) 10.Go back home and finish the chapter. 11.In chapter 2 you have the stuff stored by mardek and he is lvl.50,but deaugan isn't. crtedit to jorikill

The game is awesome. 5/5 no doubt, well, 4.9999/5, it took me 5 minutes to realise Z is to go back and X does the action, I was stuck looking at Mardek's Mother's Encyclopedia page for the time being.

The level 50 start thing is awesome (look at chappy one's comments if you dont know) but remember to give mardek all the items before the end of each game! (Their armor from chappy 1, ect.) With em, its so freaking badass, and powerful. I have him holding EVERY item I can learn something from, just in case for the future chapters. All in all, great game, yeah for Pseudolonewolf!

I used firefox portable and flash version 9, and everything worked fine. Its using flash version 10 that's all bugged up. I blame adobe for having crappy backwards compatability

aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh stupid save game has gone and ive tried some suggestions people have made to get it back but nope hasnt worked 5 hours of gameplay yesterday gone down the tube *cry* *cry* the game is cool but the save glitch really needs seeing too, i cant complete the game unless i leave it turned on and hell with that o.0 me soooooo disappointed i was looking forward to playing this one grrrrrrrrrrrrr *slaps the save game glitch*

It's still bugged, then, since he sometimes will ask you if he should create a save game at slot 1... if you do not want to lose the save game that's stored there, click Cancel. then, the save game that IS there but that flash cannot see will be left untouched. and do NOT try to open a second or third or whatever slot since THAT will cause flash 10 to erase all data for no apparent reason. And when you Die, Flash 10 will not recognize your save game from the Game Over screen but from the Main Menu he will. DO NOT REFRESH PAGE in that case, or the save game will be lost.

it is not fully true that flash player 10 does not save files... he does, but when ingame, he suddenly messes up when you cross zone borders and does not recognize them anymore. BUT you can still save and load without problems, as long as you have disabled autosave function WHEN YOU LOAD UP THE GAME, meaning, make a save state, turn autosave off, then RELOAD PAGE and load save game. it will work from then on. The only thing you have to remember is that you cannot have more than one save game at a time, and right after you saved, leave the save game untouched until you at least defeat one monster. then it works with Flash 10.

wow, its like game cache when you play a campaign in warcraft3 you can bring the items, level and experience of your hero as the campaign progresses w/out losing the items

for those of you who claim this game is too difficult, you might want to consider using strategy, and intelligent thought on how to beat the bosses, the first boss is very easy, as long as you think logically.
Hint:think about elements, lightening on lightening is uneffective

Theres a post in the forum for a workaround on the save issue. It's pretty easy, use a hex editor and change however many sol files you have for the game. Change the 4th hex pair from 00 to 07. been working for me just fine.

If he's unwilling to fix his game, then I'm unwilling to play his games (any of them), because he is not demonstrating the kind of attitude that I want to see from a developer. If there were major problems with my game that made lots of people complain about it, then I would fix it so that others won't complain about it. Not fixing major problems in a game is a big no-no in my books.
