Second Key
1st, Below Flying Saucer
2nd, It's creepy
3rd, Use Encyclopaedia/Beastiary.

also how do u switch out characters, and what if u lose to the key dude how do u get a key to go to the catacombs(where is the arena) if u know any of these just post on here thanx

Haven't finished it yet, but I'm really enjoying it. I especially like the self-referencing dialogue that repeatedly breaks the fourth-wall. Haven't found the reactions too useful, but maybe my timing just sucks. Okay my timing does suck.

its easy to win this. first, hang around gonzor sewers (dont die) and kill fumerats to get $$$ then buy the best armors and weapons

OH, i almost forgot, who these who really enjoy'd this game. Pseudolonewolf got more games on his site. I Played to most of theme (some demo) and it really turn out to be awesome games.

The game is great, i had some trouble to find all the Trilobitte keys though. I hope you'll do something like an other arena or anything that look similar in the following chapters. I had some trouble with the attack and defence timer. I actually hit'd on the good time when the '!' appear, but it does a weird sound and nothing happens ... and i still wear the items that allow those specials. Except that, i think the game was pretty fair... and YES the boss are beatable .... just train or use a different tactic ... oh and Pheonix Down are REALLY useful ;) and for all the others who want to visit the trilobbite cave you have to do it before you do the Saucer above Canonia. Use the map to find 2 of 4 the trilobbite keys, the 2 other ones can't be found with the map. So good luck to everyone that are haunting for those keys and honestly this is the best serie of game i have ever played... can't wait for the next chapter.

A very accomplished game mate, cant wait for the other chapters. Keep it up, iron out the bugs and you'll go far!
I loved the little villagers comments that parodied all of the typical RPG games out there and also the style of the game. My only gripe is that the menu system changed from chapter 1. It's no longer totally manageable with the mouse which I liked.

Just finished chapter two. Great game. Didn't think I'd like it at first as chapter one started slow plotwise. The first level of chapter one -- which later turns out to be a fantasy -- was a bit dull. When I hit the gimmick of the kids fighting with "imagination" instead of magic, I was amused and was suddenly sucked back into the game. By chapter two I was completely hooked. I never got the hang of equipping reactions, but you can beat the game without them so I guess it doesn't matter.

Very well thought out game. I enjoyed the little tidbits of humor mixed in with a good bit of drama. I'll be happily awaiting the next chapters! Thank you for all your time and effort you put into the game.

definitely 6/5 :) I just wanted to get chapter I badges and have a short break... 8 hrs later I'm forced to stop playing. though I haven't finished yet, I can't wait for next chapters.

I let the guy go at the begining of the game but where and when do I get the Trilobite key 4 or did I already miss it. At the moment I just finished saving Goznor/ visiting the guy's tomb

alright, the lag has mostly stopped since I have passed Conoria Forest. But it is still sometimes slow. You are probably correct, this computer isn't the fastest.

Cecil, that bug is likely related to your computer in some way rather than the game, since no bug could cause lag like that.
Last commenter person, are you sure you have reactions equipped? You actually have to equip them from the menu before you can use them.
Also, if you press F in battle, the FPS shows in the top-right corner. What does it usually stay around in battle?
Generally though, you have to press the reaction button right as you make contact with an enemy, or they make contact with you (though it's different for spells...).

Argh... I can't seem to get the hang of the stupid reaction timings... I don't even know if it connects, or when I'm supposed to press the button, nothing happens. I think I've hit it before, but honestly I'm clueless as to what the timing should be, it happens so fast. For instance, if I hit attack, should I press the key when it hits the enemy, or when the enemy hits me? I do that, but it never seems to work. So irritating.

omg, SO much longer than chapter 1. but i loved playing it. and unlike chapter 1, you make like 20k in gold over the course of the game lol. needs badge tho. 5/5

errr I have reached a weird bug not on your known bugs list. When ever I enter battle, the mouse cursor moves very slower, or doesn't move at all, and the whole battle moves slow and buggy.

Finish up all chapters don't give up! Slow and steady! I love these games. The dialog is entertaining and hilarious. I like the way the battles are set up, and everything else.

playing all day already, a really good game :D
just wondering cause i didnt find any1 jet, i have a mace and a double edged sword in my inv but no one can wear that.. also deugan has his ancient sword, is there anything the like for the other ppl?
still need to find a few keys für the special dungeons
the one underwater .. when am i allowed to enter it? anytime i go there the are like nooo , were on a mission.. does that stop anytime or will the chapter stop beforehand?
killed mardek already and now im searching for the mage to enter the saucer which definitely looks like the end of the chapter..

You can attack allies and heal enemies because some strategies can use those sorts of things. For example, some undead creatures might be weak against healing magic. And if an ally has armour that absorbs water damage, and some other ally has a weapon that INFLICTS water damage...

Very nice game. it's just like playing one of the old Final Fantasys, so it gains huge points right there. As for all the dialogue, it is a story-driven game. Dialogue is sort of necessary. 5/5

I'm not much of a grinder, and it's kind of annoying to have to go back and train characters' skills before you equip them with new and better gear. Maybe add a gold-pay trainer you can buy skill points at in future chapters, or at least some way of turning up the random encounter rate significantly? Or even just a "training room" of non-stop combat until you choose to leave...

There is a bonus boss though he is like impossible to kill it is the zombie dragon in the section of the catacombs that you can only access after you beat Moric the first time. There is also something you can do if you get all four trilobite keys

:D Well Pseudo, if you barely have to fight and you can still go to the next area, that kinda kills the fun. You should have to level 2 to 3 times to be able to accually beat the next boss that comes. and Maybe add a harder Bonus Boss, that is very difficult to kill, but after it is killed opens a bonus area or gives you an item/magic/billions of gold/ect.

One the best games around here, i loved it.
Just one thing: after saving Canonia the party returns to castle; when the others went to the dorm i tried to buy something in one of the shops (both Canonia and Goznor), but they were "locked". It would have been nice if they were opened and available. ^^
