Grashopa99,if the enemy absorbs the element of the wand then you lose mp if you attack it,if that's not the case i can't help you.

everything before the catacombs is easy enough to have a large win margin while missing all the "reactions" you get to the catacombs and it's suddenly 3 hours to the next save point with every fight causing status effects that do not go away and 2 boss fights that 1 hit kill any character in the party THROUGH the shield spell and every available defense reaction [not sure how reductions stack but at worst that's still (D-30)*0.36)...most likely D*0.36-30], then you finally get to a boss that merits a save point and it does maby 120 damage a turn if you just magic the adds and attack, the hell?

Children, haven't you heard of the terrible Mardek that heals his enemies only to practice his reactions and skills on them?

The issues with the hit-the-slider timer for the reactions seem to be an execution priority thing...like it has to finish what it's doing before it notices the command: IE pressing the button on the same frame always stops it in the same place (or doesn't stop at all in some casses) but the place it stops is almost never where you tell it to. The only reliable frame I've found for stopping it when you actually enter the command is a couple pixels before the slider actually gets to the target area, double tapping the key stops it right on the 2nd tap too but you have to get both taps in the target area.

Not sure if it's said in-game but, if you use the right arrow when using spells, it will target all your allies, and left makes it target all the enemies, keep this comment alive friends.

Disappointment: Playing through a no-guide completion run of the game and not seeing Gope in the inn when that's the only key left.
Sigh. Could swear I didn't kill him.

For anyone not knowing, the Arena consists of 20 rounds. 3 of these are bosses that you have seen until this point of the game. I won't tell which ones, though.

Mm, just as good today as it was when it first came out. I don't even regret having to start all over after my ch.3 save messed up. Well exceot for my lvl 50 Mardek...I do regret that....

@baloonatic Psuedolonewolf uses two basic faces: one male and one female, to which he give different hair, eyes, etc. to distinguish the characters. Several comments have already been made that the characters look similar.

@Jwaxson Chances are, it's your fault. The second Moric is the easier to beat, I know because I've beaten this game numerous times on both versions ('07 and '10). I would suggest starting over, not skipping any battles, grabbing every chest, mastering every skill, and returning to areas you'd beaten previously (gem mines, where you beat the shaman, and where you beat Moric particularly). Use your map to navigate and get every chest from every room. What I said is RPG common sense, I suppose, but not many people seem to know.
