hey all, me again.
MaxStriker, i can enter the lake, but when you go left in the lake & try to go 1 of the exits the map shows, Emela protests & is evasive why she doesnt want to go there. At end of game she still refuses to go there.
domino, click the link below the game [KNOWN BUGS LIST] and read the walkthrough. There it states you cant do other 2 badges once you defeated Moric for the last time. Bit unlogical it seems, i agree
PS: i found the missing enyclopidia stuff already. Replayed Mardek C1 & those entries are taken to C2 encyclopedia list even though you never encouter em in C2.

WTF, i beat the game and now it wont let me load to go back and do all the secret things and get those 2 30 pt badges... thats bull, am i missin somethin

Hey all,
I finished all badges & still have a few questions:
1) Is there any way to enter the area in the lake where the girl protests to enter ?
2) When i check Encyclopaedia, it says i still havent found all people & monster, i wonder if other people found em.

some consistency with the controls would be nice. changing from keyboard to mouse just to use the menu system is a pain.

Trilobyte key 1 is in Tainted grotto B2
Trilobyte key 2 is dropped by Canonia zombies
Trilobyte key 3 is in Social Fox's Tomb (after catacombs B4)
Trilobyte key 4 gope gives to you in Goznor inn if you don't kill him

Fantastic game, great homage to old school. 5/5 from me, with one minor complaint.
Controls should either be 2 handed keyboard, or 1 hand keyboard, 1 mouse. I am not fond of having to go from two hands on keyboard, to 1 on mouse, 1 on keyboard, and back again, annoying.
But 5/5 anyway, i wont penalize you for that, great work!

The Cliche RPG humor was great,The plot is creative with plenty of nice twists, The reaction system makes the game require some skill (one of the many complaints i have with most RPGs in this style), and the bosses were challenging without being impossibly hard.
Basically, Everything a FF-style RPG should be. 5/5!
Can't wait for Chp. 3!

Great game, 5/5. Found a bug that I didn't see on the list.
When I'm in the Catacombs facing 2-4 Zombies, I'd have the first player cast a Phoenix Down on one of the Zombies to kill it off (Nice FF reference ;) ). When I get control of the second player, the enemy list is still full, including the name of the zombie I just killed.
In other words if I had two zombie names on the "Which To Attack" list, and kill one off with the Phoenix Down, both names would still be on the list for the next player I control. This would happen when I had 2-4 zombies.
I never tested it any other way (Kill a zombie first physically/magically), I always casted a Phoenix Down first, so that MAY be the trigger. I have not yet tested it outside the Catacombs either.

Also, some people have mentioned changing all the menus to keyboard only control... But don't you think it's quicker to quickly move your hand to the mouse and move your cursor to an item, drag and drop it to where you want it, and then move your hand back, than it is to scroll through menus, go to a different "Equip" screen that would be mouse-friendly, etc?
Besides, it's good hand exercise or something, moving your hand to the mouse every so often!
Anyway, people, if you're complaining about the controls, can you be specific about WHY they're bothersome? Is it "I can't be bothered moving my hand?"
(And you expect ME to be bothered spending ages re-coding parts of my game instead?!/1/)

I don't really see why people seem to find the controls awkward at all... I suppose it depends on the positions that people use their computers in, and what games they're used to.
I myself can't see how people are complaining about having to press X and Z and use the mouse RARELY. You can have your left hand on the X and Z keys, and your right on the arrow keys; switching to the mouse on the rare occassion that you need to organise your inventory takes a split second and a simple hand movement. How lazy are you people? Consider how much more time and energy consuming it would be if you were actually sorting through items in a backpack, or donning or doffing armour!

This is a fine example of horrid controls ruining an otherwise awesome game. 3/5 due to complete fail at all aspects of interaction.

Oh.. maybe its just my bad luck, but poison attack'able enemies just seem to proc that stuff way too often. I find my self needing far too many antidotes. (costly!)

Pseudolonwolf - can you *pretty please* bring in *FULL* mouse control?
Half the menu's just dont work with the mouse in Chap2, while it did in Chap1.
Using Z and X all the time is quite dreadfull , at least a remapper.
Kickass game though.

AUGH!!!!!! That ending was great! I hated it, but it was exactly like I would have made one if I ever made a game. Unexpected, tragic, and (unfortunately) it fits in perfectly. Also, I've seen Pseudolonewolf leave comments before and I was wondering if I could get a rough estimate of when ch.3 comes out.

1 star for no checkpoints or "Would you like to save" thing at major events. I an hour into the game without saving and died. After something like that, I lose the want to play. The controls to this game are also very odd to me.
