You know, when I first saw this, I had no idea what it was. It was when I actually started to play that I remembered what this is. It's been a while since I played this game and thought you stopped making it. Glad to have this series still going and hope you really consider trying to get the series on to a game system cause that would be sick :P

tip for inversion: let your characters has absorb element, just give him/her a magic shield, so if you absorb 110%, with magic shield, you will be attacked 55%. Good eh?

@Bob1234567890X: I would NOT pay 50$ to play this game. I WOULD pay $100 to play all 8 chapters on a console or handheld, however.

In the game Encyclopedia, the dreamstone page, anybody know where to get the first row, number 6th dreamstone. I have checked the walkthough, all the places quests and the boss already I finished. But I still cannot find which one i missed. Thanks

I somehow managed to get bugged and reach lvl 100, i was in sun temple i beat the griffion boss and then my xp meter just kept rising till it reached lvl 100

For some reason, a lot of the characters seem like Final Fantasy 4 characters. Mardek=Cecil, Gloria=Rydia, Duegan=Kain, Elywn=Rydia or Edward. Weird.

Mmmm I can't believe that this game has only 4.31/5 on rating. It should be 4.99/5 at least (I cant give that 0.01 'cause I'm waiting for Chapter 4 :D )

This is one of the best games I've ever played. Period. Game play is simple and fun, but not too easy, the storyline is flawless, and the music and effects are great. I've played a lot worse games on consoles that I had to pay for. This definitely beats out almost every flash game that has, does, and will exist. I would give you kreds, but I don't have any. Instead you receive my thanks for a game PERFECTLY done. Can't wait for number 4.

if i had to play 50$ hmmm it would have to be more then just 1 of the chapters it would have to be chapter 1 2 3 and 4 that would be enough to be worth at least 50$ but i think right now it would be the best option to have the price at 35.99$

even better than epic battle fantasy 3. It just seems like something you'd find on the DS or SNES. I'd buy it for either console. Everything's perfect, and all you fools who dismiss it as a final fantasy ripoff can just go to hell.

I would definitly buy this for the DS. Definitly. I just love it! The music is composed carefully and perfectly for the occasion, the way that the characters are developed and portrayed is just lovely, and the plot has kept me going since the first chapter. Genuine, thorough enjoyment from start to finish. Funny, sharp dialogue. Well-balanced gameplay.
Top effort, one of the most time-consumingly annoyingly brilliant games I've played in a long time.
And I've barely even begun.

I have a small problem in this :c With Merreador, when I use his Potion Spray to use LiquidSound on my team who has silence it doesn't work. Does the Potion Spray reduce the chances of the item working? Or am I experiencing a glitch?

the only complaint i have is the limited amount of silver,jade,and gold ore. they could at least be monster drops. I mistakingly made the silver axe and now am unable to get titan's plating. on the other hand i have loads of mithril ore.

I answered the second question at the warp port truthfully, and got slaughtered by a security demon. It would have been funny if it wasn't such a complete massacre.

Although the first two were a bit slow-moving and Mardek's name sounds like "Moredick," this is one of my favorite flash game series and a highly entertaining RPG that stands on its own. Every chapter has improved heavily upon the last. I love the retro style, parody and nostalgia. Same marks as the last two chapters, 5/5

This game is absolutely AWESOME! There is a few annoying things, and a bit too much grinding if you don't want to use a few "favorites". Berserk is one of those really annoying things, being uncurable, uncontrolable and overall annoying :S

wow, just did an update of my flash player and the game runs much better now. i even raised the quality to med and enabled particle effects :)
@Zandera: yeah, that sucks... but dont blame the game. i save all the time becaue its even possible for the flash plugin or the browser to crash.

i love some of the descriptions on these items like that zombie dust. "Its uh.. Zombie Dust.. From a zombie. Y'know... Zombie dust." You really put alot of work into this game. Probably one of my favorite RPG Games on here. Great Job.

Security demon...killed me...haven't saved for 2 hours because I'm just exploring and grinding for some abilities vs. low-level monsters. How was I supposed to know that telling him I had bombs would put me in an unwinnable, unfleeable fight? Today I'm playing Mardek 'cuz I'm sick and it's fun, but...not anymore...

@jakex322: You can buy some at Aeropolis I think, but you can also make them in Gloria's cauldron in the cave in Canonia. You need 1 Zombie Dust, 1 Bat Wing and 1 Acid Seed.

I really enjoy this series of games. I think it is really awesome, that one person, put tons of time and effort into the STORYLINE, the dramatic MUSIC, the complex SKILLS AND EQUIPMENT, the different types of MONSTERS and thier resistances, the thrillingly huge AREAS, the neat BATTLE DETAIL AND CHARACTER ANIMATION, and the CRUDE HUMOR!=P
I really appreciate the fact that Pseudolonewolf spent many weeks, no MONTHS, of putting time out of his day to make such a game(s).-Yes this may be a little, or even alot off of final fantasy BUT in no way, at all is it a rip off... It is definatly one of the best internet games i have ever played in my life.
