For an idea, why not put all unused characters at the Heroes Den location when they're not in the party? You could still get they're input and it's as good a base as any.

According to information on whether or not Deugan died...in conclusion I must theorize that Deugan survived and has taken the name Lone Wolf...because Lone Wolf appears directly after Deugan supposedly died and is hiding in secret for an odd reason. Plus Lone Wolf uses a greatsword which is also interesting because Deugan also uses the greatsword. Remember people that this is a theory and is based on true facts but can not be proven yet. Pseudolonewolf, I would be very interested if my hypothesis happens to be true and surprised that Deugan somehow survived! ^.^

this is the worst chapter in the series, but the whole game if the best flash rpg ever the second on was the best but this chapters story does not make seense at all to me, so this chapter (3/5) the whole series (5/5)

Beats the game, gets all characters to level 30, beats both secret bosses and all solo arenas. Gets all medals, but FORGETS TO PLAY CHAPTER ONE FOR THE FIRST MEDAL SLOT. *Facepalm*

Just a question. How the f can this be a final fantasy ripoff if there are no characters from final fantasy? Sure the some of the items might be similar but the game has no relations to final fantasy whatsoever. People who say this is a final fantasy ripoff really needs to get a life. Honestly Pseudolonewolf has made the best rpg game I have ever played. If you people can't respect that then you're just a bunch of ignorant fools who obviously can not tell the difference between Final Fantasy and Mardek. People! Ever heard of if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all? Honestly... Anyways as usual this game has my support and I grant an instant 5/5.

@rutger897 : Pixies "only" have 60% evasion, and are only immune to elemental magic.
Use Solaar solar flare, or Zack's basic attack with the +50% accuracy reaction, or even one of Legion's skill... Their hp are so low that you'll likely one shot them.

okay so far everything is all good and fun except 1 thing, PIXIES they are over powered beyond anything, none of my guys can even hit the [PROFANITY]ing thing with melee and it's impervious to magic, how the HELL am i supposed to kill that!?

NOTE TO SELF/OTHERS If you want to keep your save files don't erase it all. =[
I delete all my cashe and stuff every few months and forget how important it is to NOT delete my saved internet flash files. So I am forced to re play the entire series once again. It took me so long to get everyone every skill and unlock everything up to this point too. Oh well.

Out of this game I've only found one problem, and it's a minor one. The fact that we can't see the face/eyes of Mardek means we can't tell as well when Rohoph is coming out to talk or it's more of Mardek's ramblings. Stil, 5/5. Can't wait for others,

Finally finsihed the game, after many hours.The excitement led me to not realize the time passing. Just fantastic how to story progresses. Must say, until Mardek 4 comes, which will take a while, will be boring. Just can´t keep up with the suspense.

ok idk if this is gust me but evry once and a wile my game gets deleated and im NOT doing any thing with history or any thing i tryed saving at the end 2 times last chapter and now the only one to be deleted is the one im using 4erd time this hapened and this hapens randomly i was at the water temple at the time so plz some 1 help

I think I found something neat, if you have managed to poison an enemy, and it's the poison that kills it, everyone gets the same exp as whoever killed it; unless 23k is the actual split exp gain between 3 live level 20-23 party members for the fire guardian,

Another amazing game. Gives me that old feeling i got from playing Final Fantasy's all over again. Love the humor and even some filled in plot holes that FF's never had. This game certainly out does the first two.

I think it should be possible to create a "online save" or something like that. Last time i got mad my computer decided to deleted my files and had to start all over again, almost ending all solo arenas :(

I just created an infinite, uncontrollable battle loop.
Zach is in the solo arena, against the Flame Soul. He has berserk, numb, and regen.
Each turn the Flame Soul deals 60ish damage, while Zach regens 90+, but on his turn, he just stands there unable to attack, as though stunned. Amusing, but also annoying.

Shocman, that happened to me too, frustrating isn't it. I also know why it happens. It's not the games fault. Did you erase your browsers history and stuff. That causes the deletion of the files

good game, only problem with it is that you have to fight monsters so often, sometimes i just want to get places without spending 10 minutes walking from side of a room to the other

i will never understand why this game isnt in the top 5 in RPG category, if not Number 1.
although i prefer mardek over epicbattlefantasy / sonny. i guess mardek requires weeks of playthrough while ebf is more of a quicker game played in afew days.

@dennieblaauw There are many more chapters planned, he wouldn't put in lots of stuff for it to be just a waste of time. And why rate a game 1/5 when you clearly liked it as you spent so much time playing it. Don't make stupid actions or comments, just use your head. Maybe head down to Fighunter.com and have a look at stuff.

This is absolutely the best flash RPG I've ever played, probably my favourite game on Kongregate. The battle engine is similar to other games of course, as are other basic aspects, but I love the story, the characters, the dialogues! I spent at least half of my 60 hours of playing this game only speaking to NPCs. I had already liked these aspects in chap 1 and 2, but chapter 3 is amazing, I liked the possibility of changing characters and the Dreamstones! The only thing I would add is an other option in the Arena: the possibility of fighting a monster of your choice taken from your bestiary, without exp or loot of course, only for fun (trying to beat it with different team combinations) or to teach legion spells he wouldn't be able to get if you killed that unique monster without him on team.
