The first enemies can rape you in about 2 hits. This makes for a horrible difficulty ramp. You should be able to wipe up intro mobs and get a better feel for the different abilities. Instead, my knight is stuck healing hits for 50%+ of my other 2 guys' life...and there are even mobs with more HP than me who don't take anything but magic damage... Just a horrible difficulty ramp.

it seems like it would be a great game, but i have problems when it comes to clicking items or even menu buttons, could be the problems with linux flash. its easy to duplicate, find something that needs to be clicked on, or click on an item, cant drop it back into place or get rid of it, accidently picked up armor on a char and it wouldnt go back into the slot.

@Pseudo: When I say the menus are unfriendly, it lacks the ease of use it once had, sort of. It's probably nothing really, I probably just have to get used to it. I preferred having tooltips though instead of descriptions appearing in a box in the corner. I also can't find how to split things into different stacks in the inventory, I don't seem to be able to use items on people in the inventory to do stuff like cure poison and whatnot, and the map seems to be very bugged as it ain't showing anything, in the first areas at least.

oof not being able to use an old end-of-game save is brutal I just played the others, too... I'm going through again I hope its worth it these games are great

@kenneth2830 That's not a bug, that's just the name of the file, so multiple people could play the game on the same computer, and not get confused over whose file was whose.

Very nice game. Just a small bug that I noticed. In the text when referring to the main character, even despite changing the name, it continues to call you Mardek. Also, the menu refers to you as Mardek instead of the name you inputted at the start.

I think the old menu style was better. The new menus are a bit unfriendly and just look like you tried too hard. Great game though.

Yes! Yes! The Mardek series still stands as my favorite collection of rpgs online, and I had resigned myself to never seeing another game. I am glad to see the continuation of this great series.

This is really an Adobe bug and not anything you could have reasonably foreseen, but when the game first forces the Adobe Flash settings window to come up, it's unclickable and won't let me start the game. I know other people have this problem with certain flash programs - not a lot, but maybe enough for you to consider taking away the unavoidable prompt? Was really looking forward to part 3.

Este juego es fenomenal. Tuve la suerte de ser un beta tester, y mi partida guardada del archivo hay más de 30 horas, incluso sin más de la mitad de las áreas secretas y las tareas de desbloqueo. Este juego es, como ya he dicho mucho en fighunter, básicamente un juego de consola, dada su longitud, la profundidad y la atención al detalle. Realmente es una obra maestra de flash, y vale la pena la espera. Congratulaions, Pseudolonewolf, por este logro. Espero que os guste tanto que lo hice. Todavía tengo que escuchar a un examen real es negativa, un beta tester compañeros. Además, se advirtió, la trama es real en los niveles más allá de las parcelas de Mardeks 1 y 2, especialmente hacia el final climáticas final. Mucho más profundidad fue puesto en él y las repercusiones morales de los eventos del juego, por lo que yo (y espero que otros jugadores) muy sinceramente preocupados con los acontecimientos de la manera se desarrollará más adelante en la serie. jugando feliz!

I've been a fan of the series since the first game came out. My largest complaint is the amount of time between games. Other than that great game!!!!

MARDEK 3 YESSSSSSSS. Okay substantial comment now: I was a beta tester, I review games for JayIsGames, I play a LOT of RPGs, and this is one of the best RPGs I have ever played, including console games that I paid $60 for. Amazing story, great gameplay, just all around fantastic.

This game is phenomenal. I was blessed to be a beta tester, and my save game file there is over 30 hours, even without more than half of the secret areas and tasks unlocked. This game is, as I've said a lot on fighunter, basically a console game, given it's length, depth, and attention to detail. It really is a flash masterpiece, and it is worth the wait. Congratulaions, Pseudolonewolf, on this achievement. I hope you all like it as much I did. I have yet to hear a real negative review from a fellow beta tester.
Also, be warned, the plot is really levels beyond the plots of Mardeks 1 and 2, especially towards the final climatic end. Much more depth was put into it and the moral repercussions of the events of the game, making me (and hopefully other players) very genuinely concerned with the way events will unfold later in the series. Oh, how long has it been since I was able to bask in the glory of a Mardek game? Too long, I say! But the painful wait will be worth it, I'm sure. However, Pseudo, you should know that the many extended release dates do not bother me, and I'm sure many other people feel the same way. Take your time to make these as wonderful as they are! I look forward to playing this.
