After playing Mardek I & II, I was completely addicted. Mardek III is yet another fantastic addition to the Mardek series, and now im not just addicted, I believe I'm intoxicated. XP 6/5

If you have problems with saves becoming undefined or disappearing, UPDATE YOUR FLASH PLAYER! This was already explained in the "Updates" section. If you still have saving problems after updating your flash player, use the "Report a Bug" option.

For people complaining about missing files he put a comment about that issue before starting the game.
The directions to keep save files saved are( right-click, go to settings, and open storage settings)

Yeah, noxious bomb the security demon and use morality block and null air once to survive. have multiple bombs and don't attack him, you're trying to keep him confused until he casts 'death' on himself.
By the way, doing stuff in the dream realm is quite laggy! If that could be changed :b

Wow, for the longest time I was misreading "Stonesplosion" as "Stonepoison", all the way back since Chapter 2 first came out actually. I feel like an idiot now. Great game Pseudo!

First of all, I love the Mardek series. I played the first two after a two year break, and the updates have made the game great. I have a problem with trying to start the 3rd chapter though. When I go to load my previous save, it says that it is at the end of Ch 3 (not Ch 2). I had the same problem when I started Ch 2, but I decided to ignore it because I didn't really need anything from Ch1. I am using Chrome, I believe Flash is most current, and I set the save space to unlimited.

Just want to point out. In order for Sharla to win the survival tournament, you must give her at least one really cold water. You only need one, and it's for the last monster.

OMG i just casted immortality block on the earth guardian and he used mega barrier after that and immortality block nulled it! cant believe it actually worked

Just a quick comment to say Well Done and thanks for this Pseudolonewolf, IMHO the best game on Kongregate. This was so obviously a labour of love to put together, its a flash masterpiece, and I really hope that this sets the bar for others to follow in the future with this style of gaming. Thanks again

Is it just me or is the Berserk skill the most useless skill? I have it on Mardek and I'm fighting the Saviours in the Fire Temple. He goes into Berserk, and attacks Bernard, which kills me, and heals Bernard. Pretty frustrating.

Also I would love to see this game (and previous/future mardek games) as phone game or downloadable for any console/portable plataform
oh Yeah I recommend removing gaining exp using healing skills through the main menu because you can activate XX%+HP and deactivate for easy leveling (even thought it's really boring XD) ( I guess skills that remove status is ok)

Oh. No wonder it took so long to make... The sun temple alone is HUMONGOUS! (sorry about caps) I can't wait to finish it and explore the outside world... Once again, Pseudolonewolf, you have outdone yourself in the making of the MARDEK Rpg Series. Thank you!

The story and music is like that of am older Final Fantasy-game. The characters are unique and nicely designed, as well as the rest of the environments in the game and the game itself. It contains jokes that refers to other well-known RPGs, and sex-jokes that almost seem like ripped from Tales of Phantasia. The gameplay feels really good, awesomely good, the battle-system, the world map, the ways of learning and mastering skills, the very descriptions of the items! I'm pretty sure I won't find any game as good as this on Kongregate for a very long time... At least not until the fourth chapter is released.^^

The game is good and i like the Pixel Graphics and t he awesome Casual battle music. the Music player was a good Upgrade when you revamped the games. i have not played it trough but i have played the other games 1 and 2 and bless YALORT its good :D but Pseudolonewolf plz when u have made all 8 chapters make it a it cost money game and give it some addons plz :O well thats it i hope this game is as good as the others. May YALORT be with u and have fun :D

This is without a doubt the best Flash game I've played since... A hell it is the best, Love the graphics, Love the game play and love the world of the game. The story could go another notch but for a flash game its more than great! The characters are also very good, but it would be incredible to be able to change your relationship with your teammates making them either love or hate you. It would be even better if you were able to change the story somewhat to give it "replay value", but now I'm going over the line. And please make a game that have all chapters and is able to be downloaded, i don't care if it costs me because this is a game I've been waiting for. If I had Kreds I'd give it all! 10/5
And of course To all those morons who say this game sucks: Are you brain dead or just so stupid that you don't realize how hard it is to make a quality game?!

@Simpoink - What they care about is having graphics as extremely detailed as possible, whereas this game focuses on the classic pixel graphics (which is a theme - not 'bad graphics', as some seem to believe) for travelling and then (in my opinion) pretty awesome graphics everywhere else. But since travelling is a big part of the game, I guess some people (probably including most of the people who didn't live in the golden years of pixel graphics (my sympathies to them for never having enjoyed marvellous games like Lemmings, Zelda etc.)) would consider this as an "overall bad graphic experience". Pity, really - and it's up to themselves to rate the game extremely low, possibly only based on graphics, if they like to.

There's so much that can be said about a game like this, but lets keep it simple. This game is great. It uses a successful blend of game elements from a variety of retro-RPG games, resulting in a deep, enjoyable and engaging game. Not only that, but I think it represents a conceptual jump in flash gaming, this is the longest and most complex flash game I've played. It deserves to be measured not against "Sonny 2" but games from the very genre it pays homage to.
